Great service - took longer to leave because some government contract hang up on approval- cost me an extra 20 minutes for no reason . Still good service , but other contracts shouldn’t hold up the average joe

I first went to the 12th St and Northern location as it is closer. The person that I had interaction with was rude and didn’t give me the time of day. I’m sure he was having a bad time in that moment. But as a customers manager in the past, I also understand that the customer is paying to have great service and Expierence. The 7th street location gave great attention to my car and informed me of service I needed. Thank you to that team.

I was beyond impressed with my Jiffy Lube experience today. I’ve never had better service and I am a regular Jiffy Lube customer. The staff today went above and beyond. I went in for an oil change and left with my floors vacuumed and my windshield cleaned as well! I am still just in awe! Thank you!

Long wait which I dont mind , techs was informative about other things I should look at that jiffy lube doesn't offer pertaining to services, but my thing is I like to check after being serviced so I pull over and I have screws missing from my air intake box which was 3 screws I only found "two" i returned they gladly put them back ,but it makes me wonder what else could be missing that I don't see ......guess we'll find out ,I usually go elsewhere but decided on them ,doubt I'll return simply because of screw missing other wise all was well but this isn't customer service this is about my car being taken care of properly as it was given id like for it to be returned in better condition not with things missing ..

Quick and friendly service (oil change, top off fluids). Note that this isn't a full service center and they don't balance and rotate tires.
