It's first come, first serve at Jiffy Lube. I'd prefer to be able to make an appointment. But other than that, the staff is very courteous, and I waited only a total of about 30 minutes from start to finish. My son recommended them to me and I have been coming for about 3 years, and have been very pleased with their service.

Today’s visit was prob my 4th or 5th visit and Michael has always taken care of me and has the best customer service. He always goes above and beyond and seems really knowledgeable. Whatever you’re paying him, it’s not enough. He’s the best!

Got an oil change here because I didn't bring my tools when I came down for college after changing my own oil for a long time. Everything went fine and they were quicker than expected. just be aware that they're going to try to upsell on things you don't need. as for price, without tools I had to have them change one of my brake lights which came out to 24$, and the lowest quality oil+tax came out to double what it would cost me to do myself with a high quality oil. to be expected, they have a business to run and this seemed fair to me. What bothered me was trying to tell me my brake fluid is low. after a double check, the invoice said brake fluid level said "ok" but the person I talked to told me it was low. I changed my own brakes in August and topped off my brake fluid to full so I was surprised. I went to get some dot 3 brake fluid at QuikTrip next door but when I went to top it off it was like 3millimeters from the max fill line. I'd say it could be an honest mistake from the one guy based on where the sun was at the time but as a general rule if you look like you don't know anything about cars, just ask them to point out what's low and how they could tell. and if you're willing to be a bit of a pain, ask to watch them pour the oil in. really nice guys though.

I have been taking my truck to Jiffy On 12th St. and Northern for a few years. Always very courteous and they explain to you what problems may be coming up or that need attention now. I highly recommend this place when you need an oil change!

I'm very satisfied with the mechanic that provided the service on my car. I was concerned about the exhaust system, a broken windshield fluid pump and my rear gate not opening. All 3 were addressed and I'm very happy. I have my oil changed there regularly but needed additional help for other things with my car and they took care of me.

I changed my ignition lock cylinder and brake light switch myself. Not bad for an old lady (66). My brake lights worked now and my gear shift stick now wasn't locking up. But my rear blinker bulb was burned out. I tried to get the tail light assembly off, but it was stuck in my 2007 car. I was so tired by this time, and needed an oil change anyways. I got an oil change and they worked so hard to get that assembly off to change the bulb. Patiently and for a good while. I'm sorry I didn't get their names, but two younger guys and the asst manager. They could not have been sweeter guys, so polite, while I apologized for all the work they had to do. Assuring me that it was all right. Absolutely above and beyond service.

I had an awesome experience. They were fast and very efficient. A mistake was made with my bill which did not affect me, and they quickly corrected it. Customer service was impeccable.

We tried to get an oil change here. We pulled in and were directed to another bay by an employee. 2 more vehicles pulled in after us, one in the bay that we had originally pulled into. The manager decided to take the other 2 vehicles first and wanted us to wait an hour! He was rude and did not respect us. This was the day after Thanksgiving. We will never use this Jiffylube after this experience. We did not wait. We took our business elsewhere.

TERRRRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Tell you one thing and tell you to come back in 40 minutes just to get pushed back and additional 30 minute EVEN WHEN YOUR ON TIME. DUDE TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME LIKE AS IF HE CANT LOSE HIS JOB SORRY NOT SORRY THEY ALL NEED TO BE FIRED AND RE HIRE NEW WORKERS

This place is the best. The guys here know what they are doing and do it well. The waiting room is clean and the TV not too loud :). They're efficient, intelligent and courteous. Highly recommend.
