Told me 30 minutes wait and then put other cars in-front of mine. Ended up 90 minutes. Annoying and careless treatment. Forgot to put a next visit sticker.

Good customer service. Was honest about the air filter (didn't need to be replaced). Wasn't trying to up sell. Just told us the cost for suggested repairs.

Had a really wonderful experience here! both men were knowledgeable, not pushy about additional sales, and very helpful. Open and honest about their pricing and inspected my car for additional recommendations as well as things I need to be attentive to. It's hard to find that kind of customer service at big chains like this. Extremely fast mindful service. Thank you! I recommend going right when they open.

Had to wait an extra 30 minutes to get a filter they did not have. Total time was about an hour after checking in. They were very apologetic
