Everything and more on rear shocks quote and install. Professional, courteous, timely. Wait area clean and neat. Shop floor and work areas very clean, neat, organized. Researched quote for cost on parts and labor. Jiffy, as always, in the ballpark. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and very polite. Parts on hand. Work started on time and completed in less than within one hour. Priced as quoted.

Mgr John & Tech: Elijah were very friendly and the waiting area accommodating. Elijah pointed out all the amenities as he directed me to clean waiting area and quoted me my wait time for the oil change and tire rotation Svc I wanted done (15 min/ per). Mgr John explained the recommended needs specific to my vehicle. As I told him, I intend to buy the radiator fluid bottle at WMrt down the street, he also recommended I get my filters there, too. So for oil change & tire rotation just under 30min for just under $127, I feel I did get Good Timely Friendly Service at JiffyLube off 15Av/Bell. Yes, I will consider returning there for my next oil change.

Staff was courteous, kind and customer service oriented. Asst. Mngr. introduced himself and informed me that I had valve cover gasket leaks nd should be addressed in the future. Fast, reasonable and good experience!

We have been here more than once. We liked them they do a good job! The best thing is they didn't leave the car greasy. They actually vacuum the car before giving it back. It was done in a good time frame too. We waited for less than 30 mins. The team was polite, respectful, and professional. Always ask if they have all the parts for your type of car. So you're not waiting for nothing.

All the guys were very helpful and above and beyond what I expected by checking air in tires and trying various windshield wipers until they found the correct ones for my 2003 Chevy Astro van. They also cleaned my windows because I had not been able to clean my windshield due to missing blades. I will definitely use Jiffy Lube again.

Always go to this location for oil changes and other maintenance. Service is timely and I feel like they communicate well with me…so much so that I won’t take my car elsewhere.

Fast efficient service. It’s a first come first served place so wait times could vary. Mine was about an hour. I had an oil change, very reasonably priced. My one complaint would be that I specifically asked before going whether they could reset the service light on the dash & despite saying yes, couldn’t which was really my reason for getting the oil changed

There was only one car ahead of us which was nice. Staff was friendly but the person checking us in spoke fast and didn't really explain the differences in the pricing. Luckily I knew what I wanted.
