They changed my oil and filters a week prior and fixed my information in their system. Unfortunately one of the techs didn’t put back one of the bolts right and I had to go back due to a leak but they immediately fixed it with no questions.

I got there for an oil change, and my battery stopped working. They put one in for me, and because it took so long to do all the work, they took $25 off of my bill.

I go get an oil change. I haven’t had an issue ever with my battery and all of a sudden I go there and my battery stops working. I go home and I can’t even turn it on now!! Then u call to tell them and all of a sudden my battery wasn’t good. But why don’t y’all tell me when I’m there!!!!? I ONLY WENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!

Terrible customer service, after stating it would take 2 hours, did not clarify if that was the time it would take to do the service requested or that’s how much time it would take to service the cars in front of me. Walked away before I could ask more questions, when another car pulled up their info was taken and they were escorted inside. I was waiting for him to come back for at least 30 minutes. Never again

i recently had a oil change 2weeks ago and now my computer telling me to change my engine oil soon and i just had jt done here at 2702 W Bethany holmes rd now im wondering if my oil was change or not while waiting inside

I am highly upset that I spent $150 when I was originally going just to get an oil change and no one put washer fluid in my car. Now I'm wondering what else wasn't done or half done.
