One of the best automotive experiences I have ever had, thanks to Wanye and Elijah, who exemplified the very best in customer service, automotive expertise and overall kindness and friendliness. This is a big deal to me as an older woman who has spent decades being disregarded or condescended to by (mostly older) men in auto shops. My oil change was expertly done and I was out of there in 15 minutes (maybe less?). For all of these reasons, I will return to this Jiffy Lube for as many automotive services as they offer.

I owned my vehicle for 4 months and didn’t have any issues with it. I decided to give my local jiffy lube some work and contacted them for an oil change. I went and got an oil change and tire rotation. Within a week my engine started knocking really bad and I couldn’t figure out what would have caused that. I checked my oil and there was NO oil in my engine at all. I contacted a lawyer and waited for his response. I was told to wait two weeks, long story short I waited a month for the lawyer to tell me he was too busy to accept my case. I never got the chance to contact jiffy lube due to being advised to wait. Now I’m out an entire vehicle. It’s over $6000 to get a new engine and get it installed. I really hope that the owner of this franchise will reach out to me and hear my story. I’m at a loss for words. I have so many responsibilities that are now at a dead end due to not having transportation. Besides being a single parent and missing my psychiatrist appointments and losing my unemployment due to lack of transportation, I am just at my wits end. Please reach out to me and have a discussion with me and help me fix this situation. I didn’t cause it. I’m not a mechanic. Please help. I need to get my life back.

I went in for an oil change. Some how Elijah K. got my key stuck in my ignition. I never had this issue with my vehicle before or since this incident. I realized later while on the bay, he requested assistance from Donald C. who was also unable to get my key out of my ignition. My key getting stuck isn’t my issue because things happen especially with a car, the issue is they knew the key was stuck & never brought the issue to my attention. They fully intended for me to leave with the problem they caused. John S. was incredibly rude, very aggressive & over inflating the cause of the problem to remove blame from them. Honesty & integrity go a long way. I will never trust them with my vehicle again. I reached out to the District Manager, Maurice & have yet to receive a response. The gross lack of customer service is coming from the head down. I have no desire to patronize Jiffy Lube any longer. Update: 12/27/2024 Shortly after this review I received an email from Trey Rigsby with Guest Relations offering a free oil change. I declined as I no longer feel comfortable servicing my vehicle at Jiffy Lube. That same day, I received a phone call from the district manager, Maurice apologizing for not responding sooner & advised they would reimburse me for my recent service. To date, I have not received a refund. I called Maurice on 12/18/2024 & left a voice message. I also emailed Trey on 12/13/2024. Neither have responded. This service is absolutely disgusting & extremely disappointing. My choice to never patronize this location or any other Jiffy Lube is completely justified.

Always a great experience at this location. Wanya was so personable, professional and helpful with a battery replacement and any questions we had. Grateful for Malik also who was able to assist with the oil change. Amazing people doing amazing work. I would definitely recommend!

I paid $170 for an oil change at the Cottman Location, store # 2765 and when I came home found my oil was spilled out. My engine, transmission and tires are covered in oil. We had to cancel plans that we pre-paid for because we had to wait for someone to come out and check the oil. When Mike Drew showed up, he found the oil filter gasket, the o-ring was not put on correctly and that was the reason for the spillage. I will be taking my car to Dodge for mechanical re-assessment and Jiffy Lube will be responsible.
