Came in for a oil change and was in and out quick and hassle free. The guys were very kind and polite and pointed out which repairs were urgent vs non urgent repairs which I appreciated with a limited budget. My car runs noticably better after my visit. Trustworthy and awesome team, thank you guys!!

Waited 15 minutes before someone came out and told me I was in front of the wrong bay. Waited another 10 minutes while they worked on 2 cars who arrived AFTER me, but apparently pulled into the right bays, only to have a different employee tell me they didn't have time to take me.

My first time there and already didn’t like that I had to pull my own car up into the oil changing pit. I get my oil changed then my sensor still says I need my oil changed. Call jiffy lube and explain the situation; they say come back we forgot to reset the oil sensor. I then said why do I have to come back and wait to get it reseted when it could have been done at the time of service? Jiffy lube employee then directed me to go on “youtube” so I can reseted myself. Why pay for customer service if you have to do it yourself?????? Smh 🤦🏽‍♂️

I LOVE this Jiffy Lube! I've exclusively used this location since I bought my SUV 10 years ago and although my vehicle is so old it's officially "senior" they do an awesome job helping me keep it in great working order. Nikita and her crew did the dang thang today and not only recommended a good alternate oil change service since high milage oil is no longer available, they got off my super duper stubborn oil pan plug and gave me a coupon to use! The positive energy and friendliness at this location always puts me in a great mood and it's obvious that they enjoy working together. They have a great team here and while they have fun, professionalism and expertise isn't sacrificed. THANK YOU NIKITA AND TEAM as well as Danyel, who usually hooks me up. I'm gonna drive my car til the wheels fall off! Thanks for helping to make that possible! 🫶🏽

I had an interview in the area, and traveling down City Ave decided to get an oil change. When they finished the oil change the staff did not secure the underbody shield to the undercarriage portion of my car. That is where they install the oil filter. When I called the manager, and let him know I am not from West Philly and I cannot come all the way there he directed me to the JL in the northeast on Cottman Ave. When I went there, they were disappointed at what I asked them for and rightfully so. Having to pick up for someone's slack because they are not efficient at another location is unacceptable. Moreover, the day that I get the oil change and sit back in my car, the seat was leaned all the way back like someone was chillin' in it. I know that lean, because I used to ride around like that in the early 2000's driving to South Street. I am in my 40's with a 9-5 and kids. I don't ride around like that anymore. Furthermore, the person that gave me my keys back has a balaclava (Poo Shiesty mask) on. The masks that all the young shooters are wearing around Philadelphia. These are all added nuances that have contributed to my horrible experience. I am inclined to extend grace and leeway to young staff and want to circulate my money into businesses that hire young black people, but this experience was too hood. I have a made up mind to never engage this place again God willing. If you continue to drive up the road on City Ave. there is another one to go to that looks far more efficient. A $107 incomplete synthetic oil change is unacceptable, and now I have to ask my neighborhood mechanic in the northeast to take a look at it and fix it. The intent of me paying someone is so I do not have to do any work. I have already reached out to corporate from the website, and they informed me that they are a privately owned franchise and someone will get back to me. After two weeks I have heard nothing.

Waited an hour and half, for a 15 minute oil change, had a valid coupon that they didn’t let me use that was given from the locations website a few minutes prior. Was told they would refill washing fluid and they never did. Never going to to Jiffy Lube again.

This is the worst Jiffy Lube I have ever ever been in in my life. The people are very unprofessional the smoking weed on the side cigarettes they’re swearing they’re playing music. They eating on the floor they eating in my car they have stolen from me and my oil was low within three hours The worst Jiffy Lube I believe in the world I hope nobody ever goes there because they probably will end up messing up your vehicle if they haven’t already.

Horrible went here to get a oil change and they put too much oil causing my car to blow smoke out the tailpipe and damaging my engine where I had to junk my car smh
