The team was very friendly to customers, and they have a clean waiting area. They are personable and care about what they do. While I was there a man who wanted something far outside his coupon was still able to use it, and they took the time to explain the different types of oil to another customer, in addition after they closed the back doors a last min customer came in just needed help with light installation and they assisted her. To say they provide good customer service would be an under statement, they genuinely cared about the customers. The missing star is for the team members complaining about another team member, one of the leaders yelling at a team member infront of the customers, and for saying they checked things they did not, for example they said they checked my wiper blades and put okay, but had they looked they would have noticed they are stripped and a piece of rubber is dangling. I already had new ones, but to say checked and ok, is not true. The price is more in comparison to others, and they didn't share with any of the customers that they get fluid top offs..... I will still give this location another chance simply because of how much I truly think they value customer service and want to do what is right by every customer.

Went there today to get synthetic oil change a windshield wipers almost $200.Thats ridiculous!every time you go to jiffy lube it’s always made up prices,I’m never going back there because I’m sick of them,their are places that’s cheaper like Midas for instance, hell even a jack leg has reasonable prices😂screw jiffy lube and I mean it😡

I didn’t know if they wanted to sell synthetic oil to me or not. They just said they don’t have regular oil. I was in the shop from 2:45 to 3:45. By the way I’ve been using the shop for the past 8 years

I was Very Pleased. Timing and Hospitality was truly Pleasant. I walked across the street to get my nails done and when I returned,, my car was parked and finished. Service was Excellent. I haven't been to Jiffy Lube in Years. My First Time coming with This Car that I have now. I'll Definitely be back in the Future. Thank you Jiffy Lube

My shop experience was wonderful. The lady at the front desk was excellent. The mechanics was very knowledgeable and let me know what I further needed to keep my car moving. The wait was really short and the workers was very nice 10 out of 10

Waited 2hours before getting the oil changed, took them 45 mins to do a synthetic blend service. Terrible service, better off changing your own oil.

Ever since it went under new management, it has been moving slower than usual. I used to be able to get in and out now it takes forever over an hour. It’s starting to get ridiculous. I’ve been coming here for at least Six or seven years and it’s always been in and out now it’s in and wait for over an hour. My engine mount changed. They started at 12:30 they didn’t finish in till 6:30 at night came in for my oil change at 9:30 didn't leave in till after 12 o’clock. This is Ridiculous.

I arrived in the afternoon on a Friday there were two cars inside and two waiting in line. I was expecting it to be a long wait for service. There was only two bays open. Four cars pulled up after me. Immediately another bay was open and I was praying to be out by 2:30pm. I received my oil change and window were cleaned. I really would recommend this Jiffy lube to friends and family. I was quoted one price. Got the coupon online and saved about $25.00. Great service for the price.
