I've been consistently coming to this jiffy lube because I get great service that gets me in and out quickly for the basic maintenance or my car. DeShawn is a great service member who explained each step of the process to keep me in the loop.

The worker there was a slickster and tried to make a deal to put money in his pocket. He want the customer to use cash app instead of their method of payment that way you don't get a receipt so the purchase is unverified and the money goes in his pocket. Buyer beware!

Went to jiffy lube to get a oil change wanted conventional oil but the young guy that was there said that they was out of conventional oil we only had synthetic. All LIES soon as he seen that I was a female he tried to sell me synthetic oil.#try to rip me off 🤔😮 P.S check with your partner first, I called on the phone before I came to get a price. #LadiesBeware!

19 minutes to oil change, which is fine. they charge extra on top of the "service" for "disposal". Trust I won't be coming back if I find myself in the same pinch that brought me there today.

No communication, noone working the desk. The lobby is 49 degrees but we arent allowed to wait in our cars. 22 degrees outside. Been here 30 mins and not one customer’s car has been done…

This the second time I had an issue with jiffy lube the first time they forgot to put enough oil back I my car an the oil they put in there was called a mixed oil blend which cause my car to smoke an run different had to take it to the dealership for them to fix the problem. Now this time another issue with the oil check engine light came on oil light came on the customer service is poor the professionalism is horrible nobody knows how to solve a problem they tried too blame the customer instead of taking accountability to fixing the problem

Changing the air and engine filters is way over priced. Replacing the 2 filters was nearly as much as the oil change. Cost me $200 for an oil change and two filters.

When I’ve gone to other shops to get my oil changed. They would do extra touches that I always appreciated. If my tires were low, they’d fill them up. You know. Thoughtful touches that makes you want to return again and again. This location? Expect an oil change. For what I paid ($100) has inspired me to change my own oil, so thank you! I won’t be coming back.

Updating this review. I contacted corporate concerning my issue with this location and they took the correct steps to rectifying the situation. The owner/operator reached out and did the right thing so while I’m leaving my original review posted below I am updating the rating to be fair about my overall experience. Stopped to get a car wash on 8/22 at this location and decided to get an oil change while there. In hindsight I should have skipped the oil change. The tech that worked on my 2019 VW Atlas failed to replace the O ring on my filter which led to my oil leaking out completely. My dip stick was bone dry by the time I got it towed to a mechanic. I reached out to the location to get some sort of resolve for the issue and I was basically told “you should have brought it back here. We can’t do anything for you.” So the $130 oil change I originally paid for ended up costing me an additional $297 to have corrected so ultimately I spent about $430 for an oil change. I contacted corporate to try to get a resolve and was told that I would be contacted the by owner/operator but that call never happened. I recommendation to anyone reading this is to skip any business unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes and this is one of those businesses. I forgot to mention they didn’t even reset my oil change notification system after the service. Save yourself the headache and go to an official dealer.

I needed a lot of repair done to my car. I walked into JiffyLube and they took care of me from their opening hour until they were able to get and install all the parts I need for my brakes so that I could get back on the road safely. Buck did my maintenance and it feels like I’m driving a new car. They were welcoming and communicative throughout the process and did a great job. I will be returning!
