I've been using Jiffy Lube for several years and have never had any issues. Wentvto Jiffy Lube this week and the gentlemen working at this business were such gentlemen when it came to assisting. I'm disabled and they helped me out of the vehicle and into the store while it was pouring down raining. Once the work was completed the came inside the store, paid my bill and again they helped me out. It nice to see people doing service work and continuing to have manners and courtesy. Alyssa Green and the other girl can't remember her name and a young man were there. Alyssa Green and the other girl worked on my truck and they were very professional and very pleasant to deal with. I will come back to this Jiffy Lube as my experience was great! I would like to give kiddos to the crew that worked on 11/ 21/24! Alyssa you are awesome.

Either scammers or incompetent and I don't know which is worse. I think most people have the fear that the mechanic is scamming them. Today I went in for a standard oil change. They change the oil and suddenly my car won’t start. My car says “no key detected”. Odd but whatever. They quickly jump on checking my battery. Which is odd, because based of my car, it seemed to be an issue with my key. But who’s to say, cars can be weird when they are low on battery. They check and say my car battery is bad. Real bad. So immediately they run to get me a quote for a new one. They jump it, and I said I’ll consider ordering a new one. I’m immediately skeptical and go to autozone. It’s where I buy batteries anyway. They check and say my battery is, not only fine, but good save for some corrosion that needs to be washed. So they were either lying or didn't know what they were doing. Either is plausible. The man helping me, while kind, was frantic and seemed new. I don’t know if they get some sort of commission (i doubt it) so I don’t know why they would have an incentive to scam, but it’s certainly possible. Regardless of if it was a mistake or scamming, the result COULD have been me being out $260 after an almost $100 oil change. That ain’t chump change. Glad I got a second opinion.

Went to get an oil change. I noticed they took their time with other people's cars. Mine was done quickly. I pd 94.00 they didn't go over anything with me and just charged me. I get in my car look at the list of things they had claimed to have completed. My windows were not clean nor was my car vacuumed. Now I'm wondering if they even did the job right 👀 I was handed a sticker to put on my windshield. It was dated for a regular oil change not synthetic oil change. Something is not right about this place. He kept calling me by my car and didn't even ask my name. I felt unwelcome. I wont be going back.

***UPDATE*** I've been going here for years. Dropping my rating from 5 to 3 stars. Last visit, even with a coupon, reflected a significant price increase for a fully synthetic oil change. About $115. Basic services such as cleaning the windows, vaccuuming, placing the reminder sticker on the vehicle, etc. were not performed. I also asked for a quote for a brake package. Without looking at my brakes, they quoted me $459.99 per axle for a Toyota Corolla. I'll take my brake job elsewhere. After going here for over 15 years, now looking for a less expensive option with the ability to provide full service. ***OLD*** Staff attentive, polite, and professional. This is my go-to for oil changes. Quick service and coupons oftentimes available on their website.

So mother law came here for inspection failed the car do to things that weren’t wrong with the car had to call to explain nothing was wrong with the car they did handle the situation corrected there mistake but still needs to retain guy working the state inspection if ur going to have somebody inspection a car please make sure they are knowing what they are talking about please

Trustworthy mechanics that DO NOT take advantage of you! I had an issue with my Mazda and needed to check the battery and an issue with the trunk door. The guys immediately were more than willing to help me out. They acted like I was one of their sisters! No hesitation, no awkward questions, not making me feel small because I have zero car smarts, just a genuine interest to resolve the issues.
