I can’t express it enough, how many times Jiffy Lube comes through for me. You’d think that a big corp would let you down but they don’t. Plus, doesn’t matter which location you go to! Always the best customer service even when it’s freaking busy! Honestly, the best Big Corp that I trust completely. Walked in today and the guy greeting held the door open. Like can it get any better? Thanks Ronnie for your due diligence on my old baby. These guys really respect your valuables as their own. Will be back soon but hopefully not too soon!

My 19 year old daughter went in to this Jiffy Lube to get her car serviced today and the guys in there tried to sell her on everything from A to Z. The told her her battery was at 50% and she needed to replace it. She had two chips in her windshield and they could fix it for "free" all they needed was her insurance information. If it is free then why do they need her insurance info, this is very misleading and extremely dishonest! I called the store and questioned them on this and he said he would see if he could take it off the bill. I have zero problem with paying to have things done but I do have a HUGE problem with misleading and dishonest tatics especially with women! BEWARE!

This is a good go to place to have your oil changes and other things like brake and other things. I use to use them for many years but wanted to find a local business to keep my money turning over 7 times in our local economy. They do have excellent service at a good price point.

Are you like me - you're great at some things, but car repair is beyond you and the cost quite frankly makes you want to wet your pants? And franchise car repairs make you queasy? The next time you need ANYTHING done to your car, take it to the Jiffy Lube on Broadway in Boise, Idaho. Even if you're just traveling through and having issues. They are what is called a "multi-care" shop. In some shops this doesn't mean much, but at this one it does. Over the past number few months I've had O2 sensor issues and today I have an ignition replacement which wasn't a textbook fix. But they persevered and did it. They have a "brain trust" of sorts with their lead mechanic, Jodie, who has a head full of cars from a lifetime of experience. Young Ronnie and old Dave fill-up the trust. You can trust them to do the work correctly and honestly. As a part of the multi-care philosophy, they take care of you too and keep you informed every step of the way. No last-minute surprises when you pay the bill. Give them a shot, folks. They will show you that an oil change is painless/quick; car repairs will be done with integrity and honesty. (And ask Dave to smile - he actually does at times)

I never post for anyone! However this location definitely earned & deserves each of them! The customer service was phenomenal & the time it took for all the work I had done was incredibly fast & efficient! I won't go anywhere else!

I showed up when they opened at 8am, had my headlight changed, checked out, and was on my way to work in less than 10 minutes. Kudos to the whole team, and especially David who is definitely a morning person. It was a great experience overall.

Ronnie and his team at Jiffy Lube on Broadway impressed me so much I was compelled to ask my son how to do a Google review and give a shout out for the top notch experience. I’ve got a beater of a whip and it always “needs” a ton of extra work. I’m no Click or Clack and always leave feeling taken. I don’t mind the lighter wallet….thats just life. I just want an honest mechanic and that’s exactly what we got with Ronnie and his seasoned mechanic. And I did the grocery shop at Albertsons across the street (Ronnie’s suggestion) while they wrenched my ride. Killed two birds with one lube….. jiffylube. If you need a trustworthy knowledgeable mechanic look up Ronnie at J-lube on Broadway. They are NOT corporate. They are a small business and you can feel it. Thank you Ronnie. Yall, these folks are a bunch of gems. Went in for an oil change and everyone was extremely kind, respectful, and helpful. I want to emphasize that each person I interacted with was absolutely wonderful, and would like to specifically shout out Jody who took the time to walk me through a misdiagnosis by another mechanic (saving me $1,500 on an unnecessary rack and pinion job). I really felt that each of these folks genuinely had my best interests in mind and wanted to do what was best for my rig and me. It is rare as a gal to go into a car doc and feel genuinely respected and like folks aren't trying to sell me things I don't need. 1000/10. I will be back and selfishly hope these folks never retire or change locations. Above and beyond, genuinely good people here. Thanks again to all. See you in 3k!

Staff members were friendly and very quick, got me in and out in about 20 minutes. They were very informative but not pushy at all with trying to sell unneeded services. I will happily return in the future!

This had to have been the best experience I have ever had while getting my oil changed and some other maintenance. The staff was polite and had great customer service. I'm so used to having the cold shoulder and treated like I have no clue what I'm talking about but this crew of people were utterly amazing. They respected me and genuinely cared about the requests I was making and gave me sound advice that was in my best interest. The entire experience was over all great. I also enjoyed getting to joke around a bit. I wish I could state who all worked on my car but was only able to catch the name of one guy and that was Ronnie. He gave me sound advice that would benefit me in the long run and I just really appreciated it all. Thank you guys for the respect and care and for changing my oil, power steering and rotating my tires. This entire experience made my mood go from despair to bubbly and happy again!

Went in with an A/C issue that they couldn't fix, but they were super nice. Didn't charge for what they did to help me diagnose the issue. I will be going to them for other car services for sure.

I recently had my front brakes and an oil change done at the Broadway, Jiffy Lube. I’m always very leery of any chain oil service stores, But this is one of the best experiences I’ve had. I’m not one to write reviews (can’t remember the last time I did), But these guys deserve it. I would give more stars if I could. First off, they will Service your brakes cheaper than anywhere around. They were honest, quick, and used high-quality brake pads. One of their employees, Ronnie, Even helped me out with other car questions after my truck was done, And even pointed me to their recommended tire and repair shops around town. Ronnie was a pleasure to work with, And that dude deserves “employee of the year”. Ronnie is the man. Now that I found an honest place to work on my truck, I’m not going anywhere else. I suggest you check it out and do the same!
