I had a fantastic experience with this Jiffy lube location today - January 25th 2025. Randy, Jeff and Jody took fantastic care of my Buick. Jody particularly had a level of experience that gave me piece of mind and expressed his thoughts in a very clear, precise and can-do manner which gave me the impression he's been doing this for a while. His ability to make the necessary adjustments to the transmission fluid... radiator fluid and fuel filter were critical and had never been pointed out before... I greatly appreciate this type of service. Randy and Jeff were flexible and customer driven. A+ today!

This is my second time into the location. Customer service is good. Area for customers is clean and stocked. They always offer whatever they can. To help ya get what you need from them. I did front brakes, oil, and battery. I'll be going back for back brakes soon. I appreciate Joedy always. Telling ya exactly what's needed. No extras. I watched him get my breaks done fast . The battery replacement and price was better than other places .for a direct in store replacement. They do take care of you in that place. You can tell most are working their butt's off. I don't care what others say. This place has done me right both times I've been in for services.

I have been going to them since 04/2021 and have always had a good experience. They never have over charged me and or messed my car up. I recommend them over any other fast oil change place in Boise.

I asked the Manager if we could get him (,Manager=Randy, Shorter bald missing teeth) to call us after the diagnostic to go over billing and service. He agreed. He called said be back in 5 minutes Very rudely). I got back and after no quote whatsoever he demanded I pay 3 times what I usually do. I said I don't have it. He went to the door to the shop and yelled to his boss to call the police. I told him call the police because you never quoted me a price and I haven't done anything wrong . The guy that has been there for years worked it out and gave me a discount. Randy said since he's taking over he's cleaning up so I would stay away. You'll see if you meet him but I'm going to keep the - down. I do want God's blessings for him and a positive outcome for him.

I have been very pleased with this Jiffy Lube! I have given them 4 out of 5 stars. Why not perfect? I think that more could be done in the area of communication and friendliness. Communication with me more from start to finish. However, this is not to say they did poorly in this area. I just think they could improve to render an overall better customer experience and satisfaction. But they were prompt in service, thorough, reasonably priced especially with my coupons, and finished quickly. I can’t ask for too much better!

I don't normally have any problems here but Saturday I did. When the air filter was checked the air line to my strut valve was accidently disconnected. Consequently my front end dropped onto the wheels & was pretty undrivable for 2 days. I ended up putting the valve back together properly myself. The recharge was under warranty & it was fixed for free. I asked for at least a free oil change for the damage done for those 2 days but told it's above their pay grade! Ruined my weekend so I was very displeased!! You can see how it came in & what happend.

Nice, been to a couple place similar to Jiffy Lube. No one cleaned my truck like they did! Impressive!

I came in to get a oil change. There was one car ahead of me. I waited for 49 minutes before I had to leave because I knew I wouldn't have enough time. They weren't even close to being done with the car in front of me. I thought this place was called jiffy lube. The jiffy is definitely not something I would agree with

Looks like the fuel filter wasn’t secured well enough. The truck keeps running out of fuel when I let it sit because air is getting into the priming system. I’ll be in later today to see if that can be remedied. I’ll update my review after it gets fixed. I returned today… And air is still getting introduced into the fuel system… No issues before I went, but now I seem to have developed an issue. UPDATE! Fixed. The team did a great job at addressing my concerns and went the extra mile to make sure all was good on my good ol’ work truck. Back to work!

Not quite as great as the previous owner. Working a little harder to up sale services I may not need. Will take them a little while to get familiar with the repeat clients.

Personable, very prompt and thoughough. I've had very bad experiences at a couple of other maintenance shops. Hoping for better results here. Time will tell. Full service and close to my home. Fingers crossed. I don't like deceit or mis information (lies).

These guys have been so helpful and have helped me with small things multiple times without charge. That is why I will continue to pay full price for oil changes and never go anywhere else. Special thanks to Neil for helping with my windshield last weekend.

Was a high pressure sales pitch for a lot of excessively expensive unnecessary maintenance. Clearly the tech is given a bonus for all additional work recommended by ?? Been going to jiffy for a long time but now I just don’t want to go through that bombardment of trying to take more money from me.

I was in and out over my lunch break fir an oil change. The staff did a wellness check look over my vehicle and found mice had eaten through my air filter! Thanks jiffy lube!

I work for a construction company, We use jiffy lube a lot for oil changes on our work trucks This is by far the best location, These boys are fast and do a great job Give them a raise!
