They changed my oil but waited until after the fact to tell me that they didn’t have an oil filter for my VW. The young man told me that it would be in stock the next day and that i could come back and they’d swap it out for me. I came back the next day and they still didn’t have it. I waited two days to go back and they still didn’t have it. Annoyed, I decided to just ask for a refund and be done with the whole ordeal. I had to wait for about 20 minutes while a young woman called her boyfriend who apparently is the regional manager. It was an awful experience

Edit to add: the GM did contact me and discussed what happened. (He was very kind, and he made sure the store gave me a full refund) They don’t even deserve 1 star, but I wanted to leave a review to warn others (especially since they have a 4 star review currently)! I went and got my oil changed on a Wednesday evening, and two days later my “oil is low” warning light came on. Thank God I have a newer car, or I would have been driving around aimlessly until my next oil change and probably would have blown up my engine. Anyways, I call the shop and tell them and it takes awhile for them to get ahold of the manger etc. and they finally send 2 guys to my apartment to check it out. At this point, I was already late for work and couldn’t drive anywhere and they had zero urgency. When I go down to get the guys, they’re standing right outside of the front doors smoking cigarettes and my security guard was already telling them they couldn’t smoke outside the building - totally unprofessional and inconsiderate. Then I take them down to my parking garage and all they were going to do was top off the oil, so I told them to not even worry about it because I was going to go and buy better oil anyways because what they were using wasn’t the best. They told me how it makes no sense how that would have happened other than the original guy not putting new oil in. So I said, okay well can I get a refund? And they told me yes, but you have to go into the shop. So I drive to the shop after going and getting oil and at this point have not worked for an entire half of my work day because of all of this. When I get there, they immediately tell me that I couldn’t get a refund because the manager told them not to give it to me because “I refused their service”. I didn’t refuse their service, they didn’t COMPLETE/FINISH the original service that I paid for on Wednesday. And then they told me to come back when the manager was there if I wanted to fight with him over it. Which I have yet to do, but I will be going back for my refund because I should absolutely not have to pay full price for a service that was not fulfilled. There were also a TON of hidden fees, so don’t fall for the coupon trick because you won’t save any money at all. Anddd I had to correct them on the number of miles on the sticker he gave me because originally he said I needed to come back after 2,000 miles and I was like I paid for the 5,000 oil, and he was acting like I was wrong until he finally saw the sticker and he’s like “oh I’m sorry yeah one sec”… anyways this location is full of incompetent people who suck at their job. And on top of all of this, when I was waiting in my car for them to finish, they were mad at another customer who made a comment about not needing to hurry back from 7/11 because he knew he’d be waiting awhile, and they were mad. They were bragging about how they’re the fastest shop in the region and all this. Maybe they’re “fast” but clearly they’re incompetent and can’t finish a simple oil change without forgetting to put oil in.

Excellent service!…the way they move to get things done is impressive!..just bought a 2018 caravan and wanted to have fluids changed and checked…jiffy Lube has maintained my last 3 vehicles…this will be the next!.. Thank you for fitting me in and checking out the van!..5 stars!!!!!

Terrible service. The kid working at the station told me they would work on my car within an hour despite the long line. I didn’t get worked on until 2hrs later only to tell me they were out of the oil needed for my car and they don’t have the filter to complete the job. What a complete joke! That’s 2hrs of my life I’m not getting back.

The service was pretty damn great except for the wait. The wait was an hour and a half just to be serviced and there was about 3 cars ahead of me. The wait was ridiculous but the service was pretty good. They cleaned all my windows, filled my tires up, checked all my lights, even offered to vacuum my car and we only came in for an oil change.

The service was quick, however I did not receive a new sticker, and the oil change setting was never reset on my vehicle so it still says my vehicle is requiring an oil change now

Very good crew working here! Got in fast, honored a coupon that I had with no issues, plus they checked the fluids and aired up my tires. No surprise fees, clear/professional communication, and took no time at all to get back on the road. 10/10 will be back.

While employees were attentive, at the end of the day I now have a car that has to be seen by a mechanic because Jiffy Lube: after putting air in my tires and trying to reset the oil gauge, I now have multiple warning lights flashing and was told that I had to take it "somewhere else" to fix. Jiffy created the problem, Jiffy should fix it. Or Jiffy should turn away anyone who has a BMW.

Sleazy location with sleazy associates and an even sleazier manager. Came in to get my tires rotated and a free brake inspection, which is an advertised service written in big letters on the board. Jiffy Lube’s website states that a brake inspection measuring the brake pads. The associate stated that my brakes looked okay. I asked for the measurements. He said that wasn’t included in the brake inspection and that he would need to take the brakes out to do that. I told him that wasn’t true and asked for the measurements. He asked his manager for clarification. His manager told me the brake measurements. I told the associate that in the future he should ask for help instead of giving customers a bullshit answer, since clearly someone knew what the measurements were. The manager became defensive and said that he didn’t have to give me these measurements and that this location didn’t do brake inspections (even though it is an advertised service on their website and on the signage in their lobby) and that he only did this “out of the kindness of my heart.” I told him that this was a service they advertised and that it was unprofessional for him to withhold information included in an offered service. As I left, he was very loudly and unprofessionally complaining to all of the guys in the garage, and in front of several other customers, about how unreasonable I was. I will not be going back here again.

My left front bulb was out, so I went to Jiffy Lube solely for a replacement and an oil change. It gets really dark this time of year and feels dangerous driving with only one light. It's been out for a while, but finally found time to take in my car on on my day off. $200 later, I left assuming everything was completed, but realized very quickly that my bulb was still out. They had not completed the change and did not inform me that it never happened. When I went back to get it fixed, they were too busy. Feels very defeating to have been upsold on things I didn't need, but not get what I went in for in the first place. Their solution was just to come in the following morning. The staff was mostly friendly, and I get that mistakes happen, but it was a huge bummer and waste of time.

Got excellent service for our vehicle. All the gentlemen working was very professional and dedicatedto their work. Even when there was an incident with an unhappy citizen, they kept their cool and did not display any kind of unprofessionallism. Definitely recommended 👌
