This place was very unprofessional, everyone walked around smoking. 5 guys to one car that only needed fluid. 20 minutes to try and put my tire back on my wheel. While the damaged my rim. Incredibly frustrating and bad service, never again will I go back

My husband worked at a different Jiffy Lube previously but I had to go by myself this time so he couldn’t help me. He believes they over charged me for an oil change. Though it is worth noting that they were kind and efficient.

The prices are steep. It really shouldn't cost $300 for an oil change and radiator flush, but the guys there were very kind and helped me find a coupon for the service. I've been to the other drive up oil change places in the area and none of them were as welcoming and helpful as this place. This will be my go too oil change shop from now on

I had a not so good experience over the weekend at this location. I have been going here for years, and have always been pleased with my end result. I commented (made a complaint)on the website about the issue Saturday (regarding pricing and coupons, and various amountsI was quotedby multiplereps). I was beyond surprised to get a call from the district manager Monday morning! Alex was awesome! He heard me out, and understood that I wasn't treated badly over the weekend, Just needed to have my issue be more of a teaching/coaching example. He agreed with me reached out to Ryan at the Rockwood store, and they made sure that I was going to be a return customer as well as fixed the original issue at hand. I was very pleased with the outcome and the customer service.

The whole crew was helpful. I’ve been going to jiffy for years. Decided to stop by this location. Was happy to see they still do your windows and add air to your tires! No other store has done that in years!

Can I just say the staff that worked on 12/26/27 at this location were so friendly and welcoming. They helped me drive the car on the ramp and took me to the waiting room. Explained everything and were not pushy at all in sales or nothing I didn’t need.

These guys are great. We take all our trucks here for maintenance. It was nice getting a 2nd opinion on breaks here after Schwab said we had bad breaks. Turned out we still had 70% and didn’t need new breaks. The honesty and honesty integrity of this location is the best. We will continue bringing all our trucks here in the future for sure.

UPDATE: Thank you to Alex, the regional manager. He called me, and we spoke in detail about what occurred. He was very polite, understanding, and apologetic. He sent me a check for the full $149 I was charged. He also advised me to go to a different location, where they checked everything, cleaned the windows, vacuumed and were really friendly. ( 102nd & NE Halsey ) Thanks again Alex for treating me fairly. Dishonest tech overcharged me, did not honor the coupon I had ( lied and said he did, couldn’t give me a receipt as the printer was down, finally saw the receipt in an email ). The info in receipt was completely different from what I was told at the shop. Told me my car was 2 qts low, to scare me into adding an engine flush. Receipt shows it was 1/2 a qt low. Didn’t do any of the checklist items. I did call and make a complaint and am waiting for a phone call back. I knew I should have avoided Jiffy Lube! Bill was $149!
