I went to Jiffy Lube to have new wipers installed on my older Honda CRV that sits outside under a big pine tree in the driveway. I don’t drive the car very much so I sometimes don’t pay close attention to maintenance items on the Honda. Well my car sat outside during last winter’s ice and wind storms and took a beating. The storms broke one of my wipers and the pine tree dripped a gallon of sap on my windshield. So I thought Joffy Lube would be able to install new wipers. Not only did they install new wipers, but they spent a long time scraping sap off my windshield. I call this above the call of duty and for no additional charge! Way to go Jiffy Lube and thanks again. John Cable

Last time I got my oil changed which was 2 months ago they replaced the air filter ( which didn’t need to be replaced) but come to find out getting my oil changed today, there is no air filter there isn’t even a door to it. Smh

The manager, Omar is a Very Caring, Friendly and Great Human Being! Also, the whole crews were very caring and friendly and super helpful people! Including the mechanics, Nick and Robert and Technicians, Decker and so on...! 😉 I went back there for the 2nd time in the past 2 weeks and this time was for the Rear Brake pads and the rotors replaced with the Whopping $230 discounted price than the Toyota dealership!!! If you are in the market for your next automobile services, then Don't look further, Especially Ladies! They won't try to upsell you!!! Thank you so very much to ALL of you!!! They do a great job without trying to sell you bunches of things that you don’t actually need yet. And being able to top off fluids and tire air are a great bonus throughout the year.

Went to get my battery checked and replaced, instead they only checked my alternator. After 20 minutes of waiting was told it’s my alternator. Waited another 7 minutes in the bay and I had to ask what was going on and how much an alternator would be. Quoted over $700, I said no thanks and requested my hood to be put down so I could leave. Guess what? It was my battery, my alternator is just fine. Thanks for trying to take advantage of me. Class act! 👍🏻

Great group of people work here. I go to this particular Jiffy Lube because they do their job very well. I would add that a piece of paper or something should have been set on the floor board. Looks like some oil got on the carpet. My fault as I had forgotten the car mats.
