I went in the other day to get my oil changed and the customer service was great! Jesse was very helpful, professional and got us in and out. I had not been to this location in years, but will be going back for my next oil change as I was very pleased with my experience there.

Just a heads up. They will not honor coupons if you bring your own filter and oil. The coupons do not stipulate this. One Time Auto Repair just down the road will change your oil for cheaper if you bring your own oil and filter and they're good people.

Always a good experience here for me. I came in for an oil change and fluid top off on Sunday. The entire crew was very helpful, they even let me Know my reverse lights were not working and figured out the problem which was wiring. They sent me to another Jiffy Lube that handled wiring repair and the oil change was fast and efficient. Jesse was very thorough and helpful. 👍

Pulled into this Jiffy Lube on Friday requesting to have my oil checked and possibly topped off. I have a small oil leak, and already scheduled an appointment at my regular auto shop for Monday. Right away dude “helping” me seemed annoyed. I pulled up to bay one and he told me to move over to Bay 2. Then, seconds later, another tech told me that I should stay in Bay one. THEN, the original guy returned to my window and snapped at me for not moving. I moved, no problem. I didn’t hold it against him for being rude when there was clearly a miscommunication between the staff. Then, I pulled up, gave my info, and the annoyed guy returned again. He stood at his little podium/computer and began to lecture me saying “I’m going to tell you right now, you need to get your oil changed from us in the future if you want a free top off.” Hold up—— this is an oil and lubrication service center. Never once did I ask for free services. I wanted to make sure that my car would be safe over the weekend, and was expecting/ready to pay the $40 or whatever it was. Yet…. here I am, getting lectured and mansplained to, and told where I need to go for my regular services. Guy thought he was doing me a big, inconvenient, favor. This place fell off and I won’t be going back there. Oh, and I left a $14 tip for the dude who washed my windows and topped off my oil. You know, the person who is actually doing the work. Hopefully he got it.

They were wonderful. They told me about potential issues, ensured the right kind of oil was used on my car and even replaced the gasket on the radiator cap as it was bad.
