This Jiffy Lube location is the best-run, best-managed of all the ones I have patronized. It is my preferred location. The workers are efficient, thorough, and professional, following the example of their manager who is working alongside. Always a positive experience; recommended.

It’s very annoying that as a customer you literally get attacked by the employees trying to upsale!We recommend a tire rotation with every oil change,you really need a transmission flush,you could use an engine flush,your radiator cap is reading bad,do we need to change your cabin filter,so on so on so on.Then I hand them a jiffy lube gift card and they said they didn’t think they took them.This is every time I get an oil change!!!!

Done in a jiffy on a Saturday morning. Had two cars in front of me. Only had to wait @ 20 minutes before I was pulled into the bay. Oil change took 15 or so minutes. Asked if I wanted a courtesy vacuuming but that was not done, hence only 4 stars.

Friendly service personnel, quick service. I was disappointed that the wiper blades that I was shown as costing 16.99 ended up being $60. The tires were marked as all checked for proper pressure and the TPMS on the Jeep showed 39, 38, 37 so I think that was skipped.

I needed a headlight replaced on Christmas Eve, the team at Jiffy Lube made it quick and easy. They also showed me a minor issue from service somewhere else and took care of it for me too. I definitely will go back!

I stopped by this location after my car let me know it was a quart of oil low. I had not been here before so prior to entering the bay I asked how much it would be to add a single quart. I was told $13.50 and I agreed, filled out customer info and gave my card for him to ring me up. I got my receipt and he had charged me $23.50. I asked what the additional $10 was for and he told me that was an upcharge for premium oil. He never told me that when I asked how much it would be, he looked up my make and model when he gave me the original price. I asked for the $10 back and he reiterated that was the cost-he didn’t know when he gave the original price. Then proceeded to tell me I couldn’t get a quart of oil for my car at the store for less than $20–its $9.80 a quart at my local advanced auto parts—I usually add my own oil but was out and not close to home. I cannot recommend this business because they are dishonest and gaslight you when you call them out about overcharging your card without permission.

The customer service was acceptable, but there were a few issues that shouldn’t have occurred. First, while I was waiting in one lane, I was asked to back up and switch to another lane because another vehicle had been waiting longer. This could have been avoided if they had better estimated which lane would finish sooner and assigned vehicles accordingly. Backing up and changing lanes is also not safe. Additionally, I was informed of the cost of my oil change, but no details were provided about the type or quantity of oil required. Lastly, the oil change station feels outdated and could benefit from technological upgrades to improve the overall experience.

These guys are TOP STANDARD , A-1 SERVICE I couldn’t recommend them more!!! They make sure to get every thing taken care of for you and your vehicle. Special Shouts to JOHN ( w/ the bald head 🤣); He’s super nice respectful and just all around a superb employee. I’ll be a returning customer from now on till….till forever. They were rude and too busy to take our used oil or to talk to us about where to take it or when might be a better time to drop it off. We called another oil change place and they were very polite and told us where to take it. A little kindness goes a long way.

I work stupid hours every week. I was over tired and just wanted to be home in bed. I was there the day after Halloween. The staff was amazing. I was treated like a queen. I've never been treated so well in my life. They all worked with each other in a fun loving way so to have a welcoming atmosphere. They took no time at all. And made my day. Great job. I'll be back.

Service was fine, but my hood latch can be a bit touchy when closing it. I watched the technician repeatedly try to latch the hood. He began really pushing down on it before I came out to get it latched. I then noticed a big dent in the location of the hood the technician was pushing down on. I mentioned to the female technician there that the dent was not there prior to brining in my car. She insisted they did not do it. I then mentioned I watched the tech push down in that location with all his body weight and she continued to deny it while insisting I had no idea what I was talking about. So now I have an oil change and new hood dent courtesy of jiffy lube! Likely won’t be returning so I don’t walk away with more damage to my vehicle. The lack of ownership for causing damage when people are watching really makes you doubt that they are actually doing a stand up job under the hood or with whatever service you’re relying on them doing when no one is watching.

Wish I could give a zero star review. They put the wrong oil filter on and wrenched it on so I had to completely tear it apart to take it off.

Good service is a must these days. I will continue as a return customer to show my appreciation and refer this location to anyone needing automotive preventive maintenance. I was pleased to see Jiffy Lube has other services like tires and plugs and the prices are reasonable. My experience was quick and informative with recommendations for my next visit. I appreciate the peace of mind after having my car serviced here.
