They have excellent service and got the job done in a timely manner. And the mechanics are polite...the only thing is that they forgot to put my center cap back on to my rim after replacing my cv axle. It was on there prior to getting that fixed.

Towed my daughters car to jiffy lube as it was across the street from her apartment. They replaced the fuel pump and had the car ready the next morning. If I would have taken it to a normal repair shop probably would have been there for a few weeks. Surprisingly, they were not much higher than what I could have had it done at the repair shop that would have taken longer. They also offered an oil change and some other services at the same time at a discounted rate then normal. I really figured I was going to be paying more then I should but surprisingly, they took care of us and were very professional. The only thing I will say is if you know Jiffy Lube, negotiate your price down because you will not get the cheapest price right off the bat. It's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Wish we didn't have to negotiate every time.

Very thorough and do a great job. Very polite and they have great conversations while you wait. Jiffy Lube could do better as a company to keep the same staff at the shops, I know I like to see the same mechanics working on my truck not different faces every time I go in.
