They tried to fix my supposed brake light and turn signal and didn't fix it was charged 70 bucks for the oil change and "brake and light situation" also this was a second time they did this

With the last snow storm my windshield wiper broke on the way home from work. Early next morning I took my car to Jiffy Lube on Seneca. They got me right in and fixed it really fast and for a great price. They were all very nice and had great customer service. It was nice that they were open when a lot of businesses were closed due to the weather!

People were nice, they changed my cabin filter and didn't put everything back. Couldn't figure out how to reset my oil milage in the car. Maybe get some more tenured employees to run a shop

SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY!! I went to get an oil change this morning. I go in and a guy proceeds to start taking my info on the computer. I had to tell him that I am visually impaired and couldn't see what it was he was wanting me to see on the computer. (Before I hear about it...I have special glasses to help me drive. Lol). Anyways, they get the info and proceed with my oil change. I cost me 223.31. A bit pricy if you ask me for an oil change but I paid it and went on home. I had someone look at my receipt when I got home and we noticed that I was charged for 14 oil filters! I'm not a mechanic, but I dont know of any vehicle that uses 14 oil filters at once! I immediately called Jiffy Lube to ask what happened. The guy told me that they could either mail me a check for the refund or I could come back up there and they would void the transaction and ring it up correctly. I told him I was headed that way. When I arrived the guy was already working on it and asked me to put my card back in the reader for the refund. I specifically asked him if the money would be returned to mycard instantly and he said yes. He rang the order up correctly and my card declined because the previous amount had not been instantly put back to my card as the guy told me it would be. I transfered money to cover the new amount. As of the writing of this review...I have paid Jiffy Lube 371.51 for an oil change and am now being told that it will be "3 business days" before my refund will be back in my account! I will NEVER go back to Jiffy Lube! I feel like I was taken advantage of in the worst possible way! UPDATE: The district manager contacted me and all he was capable of doing was making excuses for why his guys did what they did! I eventually hung the phone up on him!

Tried to hard sell me an insanely expensive synthetic oil change. Refused to honor the coupon I had in my hand. Both men that I dealt with “talked down” to me. Businesses like this make me long for the days when I could change my car’s oil myself!!!!

I’ve been going to my local Jiffy Lube for about 6 years. I have 3 vehicles that I take there for oil changes These guys are great & I completely trust them with my vehicles. They’ve never been pushy or rude. They tell me what I need and I make the choice. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube!

Very friendly, called and got all the answers I needed. I even brought a friend with me and they took care of both vehicles within 30 min. It was the day before Christmas and they made our day. Will be coming back again.
