I needed to get headlamp bulb replaced and while I was there I decided to change my oil and get my tires rotated. They were fast, friendly and did a great job. This location is espcially easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

This spot in one visit went to the top of my list. Asking me questions first to check where my knowledge was with a certain area of the vehicle instead of just treating me like I knew nothing about cars, is definitely a way to treat the customer right. Going over what needed to be addressed and what could wait but they wanted to make sure I knew about it. I'm glad some shops still treat the customer with mutual respect. You are clear on the other side of town but I will happily make the trip!

Had the low tire warning come on in the car. We stopped in to see about getting a tire fixed as we're from out of town. They checked the air in all the tires and thay all were low, most likely due to the cold weather. The staff was friendly and didn't charge us for airing our tires up! Thank you for the friendly service!!

Went in for an oil change. And went ahead and went with the transmission fluid change. After leaving, the technicians did not tighten the retaining clips holding the skid plate… causing it to fall and got bent driving on the highway.

Very unprofessional, would not recommend! They broke the heater on my sisters vehicle while supposed to be completing a oil change, a manager called her after filing a “claim” and asked for her to take the vehicle to another location for a mechanic to “look at it” however the “mechanic” was very unprofessional and very useless! Police had to be called! Problem still was not solved! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO JIFFY LUBE
