I took my car in last week for a simple oil change and fluid top off before a road trip to Vermont. Paperwork said coolant and windshield wiper fluid were replaced. The salt treatment they used on the roads made it really hard to see and when I went to clean my windshield no fluid came out. We pulled over and realized both the fluids were empty. Now, even after adding wiper fluid, it won’t come out. If you come here for services (which I don’t recommend) be sure to take the extra time to check under the hood to see whether services were actually rendered.

The people that work here are so nice and professional. They got me in and out of their shop so quick; and they even topped off the air in my tires and fluids! They are very fair on prices and the services they think you might need. This is definitely a great place to stop for an oil change!

The person at the williamsburg location in henrico va is rude. No hime training. He was so bad I will never visit another jiffylube. Having my info removed from their system. Never have I ever been spoke to like that in all my years. I'm not young either over a decade old.. he should not be able to work with the public. I did not get service this day due to him.

I was charged for cabin an air filter when i didn’t ask for it, the manager Parrish was extremely rude he ask me if i wanted like a $150 rear differential serviced I said no an they proceeded to charged me for 2 filters all i wanted was oil change an ended up paying $242. I would never take my fleet trucks back there again. Very rude stay away

-5 stars / No Integrity / Was charged $209 dollars for a transmission flush and never got the service. Was told on two diff occasions by Jiffy Lube employees my vehicle was good on fluid but It was not. I had it looked at by another mechanic who verified that, upon return I was met with a combative attitude rather than help. Tomato, tomato, tomato

I hate ever having to get anything done to my car but I always enjoy getting my oil changed at this location. Everyone who works there has always been cheerful and helpful. They genuinely seem happy to be there and happy to help. I could not recommend them more

I have an older Toyota and they thought really quick and easy. Not that easy, have to take off undercover plate. Filter was easy after the plate was moved putting it back together, misplaced the bolt so that was a search to find. So the guys learned about older Toyota and so did I. We shall see where I go in 3,000 miles.

I was over charged $106. for an oil change, not including the filter, and there's a $5.99, charge for something that I have no I deal what it's for. No way an oil change should cost $127.00.
