Unfortunately, l have to take the car back to them. To check it again see if something was not done right when they did the oil change because the oil change light keeps flashing!!!!! And, they just did oil change!!!

Mac was completely honest and transparent about the needs of my car. He remembered speaking to me on the phone days before. Tremendous customer service all around. Cannot beat the speed of service.

Worker Did not even give me time to get inside to say what I wanted lollll met me at my car while getting my daughter out the car seat … Jiffy Lube means business .. I always have a pleasant wonderful experience here … Also service is excellent plus the hardworkers and gets the oil change done in no time .

It took an hour even though I was the first customer of the day. They then spent time finding other preventative tasks they (and Chevrolet) recommended. They even lit up the check engine light, which is still on.
