Came for an oil change and I left them seen my MPH meter rising slower and as I put on my brakes the MPH meter was slow going down to 0. I went back 2 days later spoke to the maintenance guy for the location and he said it might’ve been the transmission fluid when we topped it off. So either they added too much fluid or the wrong type of transmission fluid. But I went to a different location and they told me they wasn’t supposed to add more transmission fluid without the full service. Smh not coming back to this location

Came for a simple oil change. Left with smoke coming from the engine bay. The technician are not skilled. They pour oil all over my engine. Instead of accepting there error they want to argue with you.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Jiffy Lube on Azalea Ave. The new manager provided exceptional service, ensuring a swift oil change, tire rotation, engine air filter, and windshield wiper replacement—all completed in under 30 minutes. Their efficiency and helpfulness exceeded my expectations. Grateful for a smooth and quick visit! I’ll be back! I will say a note for Jiffylube CORPORATE- YOU NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE. There were maybe 2-3 people running the entire shop on a weekday at noon. This is clearly not enough for when they’re busy. I’d just have driven away if they had already had a car in there.

I drive a Lexus LS 460 which takes 9qts to change my oil. I drove home after the oil change and when I got home I had no oil in my car. The didn’t put the filter plug on the correct way.
