So after overfilling my engine with oil on accident, I slowly drove to this Jiffy Lube who immediately assessed the problem, flushed and drained the excess and put correct oil and blend in my car! I'm so grateful to the team for basically saving my car!!! They rock here!

The people here were quick, professional, and very kind. They were able to get me out of bind and were the only shop to be able to get my oil filter. They were great.

Didn’t top of washer fluid When rotating of tires was done they had my tire pressure light come on cause pressure were all out of wack. Also missing valve stem cap on brand new van Also believe they are supposed to vacuum up a little bit

First time I went, system was down. Couldn't be seen. Second time I went, no one decided to help me even though three crew members were present. I waited 10 minutes. Third time I tried (as I really need an oil change) only one person was in the bays who either wasn't paying attention or couldn't help get me set up, no one helped me. Only after I left to write this review did someone who was returning from coffee ask if I needed help. After explaining I still needed to be seen, did they promptly help. I was done within 25 minutes and everyone was very nice. Job was efficient and well done so thanks

I was on my way to Goodyear and made a wrong turn! Using the Jiffy lubes Lot to reroute and pressed for time, I decided to get an oil change there since I could see that their bays were empty, so I parked and went inside. The staff offer me with a warm welcome along with trusting professional tone! Despite the cost being 25% more, I would return to that location for the customer care, the senior discount that was offered and the ability to donate to feed seniors in the erea!

Oil was leaking after oil change, we immediately took back the car to them. The service representative didnt even agree after showing pics of leaks. Engine started being very loud after oil change. Now I need to take it to dealer to fox that, Worst service and very disappointing. I could give 0 stars if that option was available.
