I have been going to Jiffy Lube for many years and have always been pleased with their service. They will tell you about any additional issues, but don't push you to get them done. Last week I went in for an oil change and instead of them going ahead and changing it, they told me I still had 3,000 miles until it was due and saved me some money. They checked my oil and said the level was good and the oil looked good as well. I was REALLY impressed with that. How many places would have just gone ahead and made themselves some money?

I’ve given Jiffy Lube multiple chances, but I’m consistently disappointed with their inability to meet basic service standards during high mileage oil changes. While the oil change itself seems fine, they consistently fail to complete the full service package that’s advertised. The floorboards are never cleaned, and the windows are left untouched—even though these are supposed to be part of the service. For a company that prides itself on convenience and attention to detail, this lack of thoroughness is frustrating and unacceptable. I expect better service, especially for the premium price of a high mileage oil change. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains staff to meet all the advertised requirements. Until then, I’ll be looking elsewhere for my car maintenance needs.

I had a fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube here in OKC at May and Hefner while getting service for my company car. The team was professional, efficient, and thorough. I have been coming here for 7 years to get my Lincoln Navigator serviced. My 2010 had over 350,000 miles on it from the care they gave it with no major breakdowns during my 8 years of owning it!

Staff has changed. But they have your records. They know their business and can apply specials to your advantage which is also good for your car. One lady was there 1.5 h. I was in and out, as are most ppl. They had really nothing for kids to do and then this waiting area needs to be professionally cleaned and is getting worn. If anyone came in using a wheelchair, there's not a place for them to park it to sit. They offer drinks, but not snacks. And traffic in this area is not friendly to pedestrians. This is the only place we go to for this national service. We always can service our two cars one after the other. And they send out reminders and thank you stuff. We would love to have a Jiffy Lube T-shirt! XL! Kathye Winslow OKC The cabin of our cars was clean 😁 upon return, it did not get valet service, but they also did not leave oil on the seat and door , floor and steering wheel as others might do! Fair, respectful and trained!

I went to the OKC (May & Hefner) location. I feel like I got taken because I’m a woman and don’t understand cars. The guy kept coming in and saying I really need d this or that and when I’d hesitate he’d say “this might bee causing other issues” to convince me to get additional services. I went in for an oil change and walked out at $215. I won’t go back.

My "go to" Jiffy Lube or place to get my oil changed. It's great to get in and out during the work week. Especially with them opening at 7am.
