Did an oil change, break pad replacement and coolant flush. Took about two hours. Nice and informative. Comfortable accommodations, reading materials, tv, drinks and coffee. Military discount even. Happy with the service and the cost.

Great service once again from this Jiffy Lube. I’ve been here in the past and received great service then and decided to try again and wasn't disappointed. Fast service as well. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Will definitely return.

Always so friendly always so kind. Excellent service and also very speedy! I love the fact I can just pull in there and they will change my wipers in a jiffy and they will also top off my fluids, especially my wiper fluid in Oklahoma. We seem to use a lot. Make jiffy your next stop.

Called ahead and they had no wait, they literally all jumped up to help me the minute I walked in, and even helped me with the best coupon to use for what I needed. They were all so nice, didn’t try to push services I didn’t need, and got me in and out in less than 20 minutes. This is why I keep coming back here!

Oil changed within 20 minutes of arriving. I hate waiting so this was great. They gave me a coupin. I paid $54, not a bad price. Get a coupon from Groupon, it's $39 I believe. Very satisfied

Services are okay. Crew seems to know the job sufficiently. Was quoted a price for transmission service and was charged extra $50 to remove a tire. Thought that was high.

The ONLY place I’ll have my oil changed. Service is always top notch! They get me in and out quickly and they don’t recommend a lot of unneeded services like most shops. If they say they saw something; they saw something! And they have coupons ;)

Got a text saying they needed help getting to 1k google reviews. Hope others have had a better experience, or they’re shooting themselves in the foot. I went to JL due to a coupon I received. I drove in waited 5 minutes for anyone to notice I was there. Finally the guy didn’t ask me what I needed, he just looked around and said “what time is it?” I told him 5:30. I said “how long for an oil change?” he said he couldn’t tell me that because there were only 2 people on dry. (There was only one car in the bay, no one else waiting). Another guy came out and took my key, told me to wait inside. The first guy kept coming inside to look at the computer. After he checked out the first car, he told me that my coupon wouldn’t be good for synthetic oil (but he never asked me what I wanted, he just said that’s what is recommended for my car). I responded that I was fine with that, but I would like high mileage oil. He responded, as he was walking out the door that they were out of that, but it’s really no different than regular oil anyway. Never gave me an estimate of cost, just walked away. When he came back it was $98 (my coupon that got me there said $29.99). I paid and left. In comparison to Valvoline and 5 minute shops, this was like stepping back in time. Back to 1985 when I was a kid and my dad had to stay on top of the shop guys to be sure he want being screwed over. Also, since I had to go inside, I don’t know if they ACTUALLY did all the stuff that the ticket said they did. I also looked at the sticker they left on my window, it said I was due for service again in 4k miles. Synthetic should be 6k. Going back to Valvoline, much better service, they ask me what I want, and tell me how much it will cost before they do it. Jiffy Lube—never again.

I bought a used car the night before I stopped in here. It’s older and they weren’t sure of the last oil change. I got up that morning and tire indicator light was also on. They open at 7:00 so I stopped in and the guy that helped me out could not have been nicer. I was stressed, he got the oil changed and also checked and filled all of my tires. I will continue to come back here. Quick, friendly & overly helpful. It made a very stressful morning into a great day.

I took my Envision in for its 40,000 mile check up. The oil was changed, brake fluid checked and tire rotated and balanced. The cost was reasonable and Jiffy Lube Multi-Care did a fabulous job separating.

Public warning Do Not Go to JIFFY LUBE on 9116 S western ave. They are liars and are trying to rip people off. They told my step son and his gf that they needed breaks and they needed belts and they would be lucky to make it 2 miles down the road trying to scare them into up charging them. Trying to upsell them $300 some dollars. I Told them to bring me the truck and after I inspected it the breaks still had 3/4 thickness on them and nothing else wrong with it. The most disgusting dishonest manager and mechanics ive ever seen. Please pass on to others to avoid this place

The new mechanics at the jiffy lube on 89th & Western are rude as hell. I don't know why they move these mechanics around but these new guys are terrible at customer service. I wish they would leave their mechanics in one area instead of moving them.
