Everyone working here was so nice! I was nervous because I never know what I’m doing when I go to get my oil changed, but the employees were super helpful.

Had a suspected break fluid leak after changing the fluid. Lee took the time to check it out. Turned out to be a leak from the filter cover. Really appreciate the helpful service.

So I took my car here for an oil change a week ago and was told by the mechanic that my oil plug was stripped and there wasn’t much they could do. I posted a review to Jiffy Lube explaining that I wasn’t happy with this service and that I thought it was something the mechanic did by accident. Within days the regional manager Shawn called me about my issue and set a day and time to fix the issue. He did try to minimize or deflect blame he just said let’s fix it, when is a good time for you. Shawn agreed to meet me on a Saturday morning very early. He showed up on time and took care of the problem personally. The whole team here was professional and courteous and not the least bit upset that I had filed a complaint previously, they just wanted to make me happy and do a good job. I will be taking my car back here and I would recommend this Jiffy Lube to anyone with confidence. I was very impressed. Thanks Shawn and all the guys there.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Jiffy Lube. The service techs are always friendly and answer my questions unhesitatingly which I appreciate. I’ve watched them work as a team, and they do seem to enjoy what they do. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube for all of your basic service needs.

Not pleased at all with this visit. My tire pressure was low; when I walked in I mentioned specifically to inflate them to 38psi during my oil change. At the end, they forgot to even do that, I had to remind them. Then they didn’t even perform the two most basic services included which are cleaning the windows and vacuuming. Update (7/16/2024): called as the district manager asked, said he would look into it, never got back to me. GREAT customer service…

The price for an oil change is $95 and that’s only for synthetic oil change not full. The Mazda place I usually go to is considerably less. I can’t believe how expensive it is now. Will never be going back.

On 6/23/24 I took my Sister 2022 Toyota RAV4 for oil change, it took them 10 minutes to do it they charge me $110.00. They cheat—- I took to my mechanic to inspect. THEY DID NOT DO IT.

This was my first time going to Jiffy Lube. I took my car in for an oil change during my lunch break and was pleasantly surprised at how fast the service was. The mechanics that worked on my car were very friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning for future car services!
