The guy at the front desk was extremely rude And lacked patience. He gave me a quote on a synthetic oil change, which was way too high and I asked him about the coupon for $30. He said that was for the signature oil change. Then when I sat down to try to find another coupon, he got upset and said never mind. I'll just give you the $30 off.! I told him I've never been treated so rudely. He talks so fast. It sounded like he was on crack, and I could hardly understand him! I've gone to this place for 17 years, but I'll never go back as I think they try to scam people! Your prices Are too high!

The oil change appeared to be done properly. They informed me that my brake pads Extremely bad. I found this to be peculiar, so I personally went home to inspect them myself and found them at 75% plus. Meaning that they were nowhere near to Needing to be replaced. The representative that was Communicating with me seem very pushy about it and I told him No, several times before he moved onto the next subject. And then they hit you with the traditional. Air cabin filter up charge and air filter up charge. The air cabin was 100% fine but I will admit I did need to blow out the intake filter, but most definitely did not need to be replaced.

I was hesitant to return to this location due to previous experience with being charged for fleet services on company vehicles that were no being serviced. Being said after an investigation they weren't the only locations doing this. We have since terminated our maintenance management program and have been very happy, all due to the Jiffy Lube on 2nd. This trip was just like the others. I stated I wanted an oil change only. We were no longer with EFM and I would be paying with a card. When I go to check out, they tell me it is $200+ over the price they quoted when I agreed to the service. When asked, it was because EFM has approved the filters/etc. I told them I didn't ask for that and they did remove the items from the ticket. However when I suggested to get the old filters/etc. and swap them out with the new, they didn't need to do that, the filters HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED. As the Fleet Manager I have instructed all vehicles to not do business here. *I only rated 1 star so I could post this.

Work is done in a timely manner. The issues I have are as follows: 1.) Even with a coupon, the cost is always higher than what is expected. 2.) They always suggest replacing cabin filter and air filter at each visit, even when it was done within the last 3 months. I will state that most of the labor costs are a lot lower than going to a dealer. No matter what, I will always go to Jiffy because I do trust them the most.

Adam and his crew are just as skilled as they are friendly and honest. Straight shooters with a great sense of humor. I live in TN and they made sure I was set to travel back without any issues.

I always get fast service and the staff is always friendly and makes suggestions but no high pressure sales. They always ask if I have any discount coupons etc. to save money.

Service was good...but it was $90 for the oil change but then they ask me if i wanted them to top off the coolent for another $8 and then a sellsman sat down besides me to go over any maintenance that they recommend....seemed like it bothered him when i said just the oil change
