You lost a customer of more than 20 years. I arrived 20 minutes before closing and the staff simply did not want to serve me, while the entire staff walked around and looked at the faces, which were at least 5 people. Well, I am not going to fight with anyone, I pay for my services and synthetic oil changes are very expensive. As I already said, you lost a customer of more than 20 years who brought two family vehicles to you.

I had my oil changed here and replaced an air filter. A few days later are here rattling. The installed a filter that was too small for my compartment and it would rattle around and make the car smell bad. This type of mistake borders on negligence. Won’t be coming back.

Whoever did my car’s oil change did not seal it and all of the oil leaked out. I had to call the 1800 number in hopes of a refund. When I showed up to the Jiffy Lube to receive my refund, the manager didn’t want to hear my experience because other customers were nearby. I never received an apology.

Always fast and good customer service I just want to say that I regret going to another company to have my oil changed because they gave me the worst service ever and that was fire stone and they tried to swindle me out of money without having a problem I’m never ever gonna go anywhere else but here at my Jiffy Lube that I always come to because their service is always on point and their prices are reasonable. My wallet says thank you

**NO TRUST AT ALL** I visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change before a long family trip. Despite informing the staff of the trip, warning lights appeared on my dashboard immediately after leaving. Returning to the service center, I discovered the coolant reservoir cap was broken by their mechanic. They acknowledged the damage, even knowing it happened before I left, but only replaced the cap, not recognizing the danger they put me and my family in. Their negligence could have severely damaged my engine or caused an accident. Never again will I trust Jiffy Lube with my car.

Best place to get your oil changed, tire rotations, a/c filters, they do a thorough exam of the vehicle, and show you what the condition is, and if you want to replace it. Quick, honest car care done right!
