Do not come here! They're desperate for money since they don't get a lot of business because people know they are scammers. They do Easypay scams. They ask for your keys when you first arrive, then tell you the car is too dangerous to drive and if you can't pay out of pocket, he tells you to do Easypay.

EASYPAY SCAM When you arrive they have you put your keys in a box, then tell you, your car is too dangerous to drive and you need to take out a loan thru easy pay on your phone. The manager has you to do it on your phone so that he can say you did it voluntarily. When you get approved for the loan, the manager finds the most expensive thing to do on your car so he can get the whole amount. When it comes time to pay the loan back it will be more than twice the amount you took out. Beware the manager is out for money!

Horrible service! I don’t recommend. I’ve been changing oil and parts in this store for more than one year. In sept 2023 they recommended me to change the 4 breaks, which I did. My car was with 44miles at that time. In oct 2024 my car start doing a noise in the front left wheel. I took to the store again, apparently they fix it. In dec 2024, the noise persisted. At this time my car was with 60 miles and their recommendation was change the breaks again. First set of breaks last 44miles and the one they put on my car last 16miles. How is that possible?!? They were taking advantage of a woman who doesn’t understand about car. In a male environment. I will never come back again and don’t recommend then. I will need to pay all again but at this time I will take to the dealership.

Mal servicio,fui por un cambio de aceite,me cambiaron el filtro del motor y me quebraron una pieza,a menos de una milla se me apago el carro,respuesta una vez el carro sale del taller no son responsables 😡😡😡

Mala atención, irrespetuoso con el cliente, dicen que hacen los chequeos y es mentira, mienten lo que hay que hacerle al auto para vender. Fui a decirle y me amenazó con llamar a la policía por el reclamo mio y mienten en los precios

Really great experience. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars they helped me recommend what I needed to adjust. I even had a windshield wiper that they replaced for me. Got oil change and tire rotation that took about 30 minutes total. Waited about 10.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! This location scammed my mother into taking a loan against her will. When we first got there, they asked for her car keys and had her to put them in a box. I thought this was strange. My mom just wanted an oil change when the manager informed her that her brakes were bad and she couldn't leave until she took out a loan thru Easy pay. He told her to do the application on her phone . I now know it was so he could say he didn't force her to take the loan. When the loan was approved, he then stated that the brakes were ok and that it was the more expensive steering wheel that needed to be done.The whole process took over 6 hours. The loan was approved for approximately $700 but costs $1,600. These people are scammers

Pésima experiencia, de verdad que lastima no haber revisado los comentarios antes de ir a esté lugar,les comparto que es la 2da vez que le hago el cambio de aceite a mi camioneta en este lugar que parece un lugar bueno y de confiar...la primera vez mi esposo la llevó y al terminar el cambio de aceite la camioneta no encendio y le hicieron el show q era la batería y debía cambiarla ( batería que no tenía un año en ese momento) al negarse de comprar la batería, por arte de magia la batería funcionó y más nunca me dió un problema quisimos pensar que sin querer algo se había desajustado y ahí el problema pues que creen llegó el tiempo del 2do cambio de aceite después de pagar $223 x el cambio de aceite y filtro de aire me dicen q la camioneta no arrancaba y que la batería estaba muerta..tuve q llamar a mi esposo q llegara porque hasta miedo senti del modo de operar de esta gente después de un mal show y mi esposo pedir una explicación,obviamente molesto mi camioneta 2023 arranco x arte de magia de verdad más nunca y ojalá siempre revisen las reseñas antes de ir a esté lugar

Wooo Terrible service and attention. The people who serve you are very rude. If you can find another place to have your car serviced, don't have a bad experience. Terrible service. Terrible. Pésimo servicio y atención. Las personas que te atienden son muy groseras. Si puedes buscar otro lugar para que le hagan el mantenimiento a tu auto, no tengas una mala experiencia. Pésimo servicio. Pésimo.

I went to jiffy lube for the first time and first of STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I went to do a simple oil change then when they got started I left to grab a quick snack and when I came back I found my car handle to open up my hood completely broken and snapped I found out because later in the day I smelled a burning corn smell so I tried to open the hood to check it out and I couldn’t it was completely broken the handle so the next day l came back to the location to speak to a manager and then the employee that was working on my car was just there smiling and laughing with the other employees trying to taunt me I don’t know also the manager Enrique came to talk to me and he told me he was going to speak to head quarters and give me a call back it’s been 3 weeks have not received a call at all regarding the issue they did absolutely nothing even tho they were the only ones working on my car that day so I knew it was them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE THEY DONT DO THE JOB CORRECTLY THERE HAS BEEN MANY REVIEWS WITH THIS PLACE AND ALOTT OF COMPLAINTS.

I sent my parents to check out theirs car AC...and they very pleased with the service, the manager was very nice ,explained everything very clear to my old folks, I think they have a good team...very simple and easy all the transaction...thank you for everything guys

Purchased Groupon regular oil change. They didn’t honor it. Even though I requested regular oil change, they mistakenly did synthetic. I had to pay 95$ for oil change. Lady was nice but they seem very unorganized.
