$142 for an oil change seems to be a bit excessive for me.

They installed a bad oil filter on my Toyota 4Runner and 2 weeks later my motor was completely dry. I only noticed because of a huge puddle of oil from my parking spot. If I didn’t catch it when I did, I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have lasted more than another day or two before my motor completely blew from oil starvation. They charged $135 for fully synthetic but use the cheapest filters possible. Let’s give them the benefit of the doubt and say this was a faulty filter. Thankfully I’m somewhat knowledgeable about cars and knew seeing the puddle of oil was an urgent problem. What about for the innocent people who don’t have a clue and break their car because of the low quality products they use. But on top of that, the Latin lady who works here whom I believe is the manager is rude and has an absolutely careless vibe. She’s wasn’t helpful in the slightest. The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because of the helpful gentleman who inspected the source of the leak and was happy to repair it. Once the fix was done, this manager lady handed me a receipt that said $410. Another employee looked and it and told me It wasn’t my receipt. I think she was trying to get under my skin. I was ready to make a scene. I will never return. Luckily I saved my initial receipt, and upon looking at it.. she actually put false information on it for the initial oil change saying my check engine light was on etc. unprofessional and incompetent .

Gracias me dañaron el carro , no le ajustaron el tornillo donde está el tapón del aceite y bot todo el aceite y yo estuve rodando así por más de un mes , una basura de lugar , ya otra persona me me comentó que hicieron lo mismo con su carro , lugar mediocre , no lleven su carro para este lugar.

**BEWARE** During a oil change, they failed to place the oil filter back properly. On my drive home, all of my oil drained out of my car DESTROYING MY ENGINE, resulting in over $11,000 in damages. I opened up a case with this Jiffy lube and have not had any call back from them.

Back in September I went to get an oil change and changed my air filter while I was there. When I was driving back to Texas my trucking started making a whining noise. Since I was on my way back to Texas I called Ford since I have extended warranty. Ford called me back and said that my turbo was ruined, that whoever changed the filter installed one that was smaller so it was just sucking up all the dirt and debris and caused the turbo to fail. $6700 later I have a new turbo thanks to the $40 air filter that they installed incorrectly. No response from Jiffy Lube for a month and all they offered was $4000 and now I still have to go back to Texas to bring my truck back since I am working in Miami. It’s unfortunate that they made $40 from a filter and I had to pay $6700.

I don’t usually write reviews but felt I needed to, I went to this jiffy lube because my car was low on oil and coolant and they told me they couldn’t service my car unless I did a full oil change, not smart business in my opinion.

My husband recently took his truck here since his company uses them he thought he’d give them a try. So the wrong size filter was put in so the drive to Texas cost us 6,700 after our turbo went out and we had to leave it at Ford to fix, so needless to say the truck is still in Texas a month later and now we need to make another trip out there to pick it up. Such a mistake taking our truck here. If only the manager had the decency to pay for the damages in full plus gas plus the 20 hour roadtrip back and forth. Sir you do not need to be running a business especially if you don’t know how to treat your paying customers. God forbid you ever get treated this way. Do the right thing as we were your customers as well.

I’m really disappointed with the service here. I came in for a simple oil change and ended up waiting over two hours, only to find out they hadn’t even started working on my car. No updates, no communication, and definitely no sense of urgency from the staff. If you’re looking for quick, efficient service, I’d suggest going somewhere else.

Wow they make it so easy! Mr Clifton made sure to give my car the best service and I'll be coming back soon. Prices are super fair and it was so fast.
