I took my crysler 300 in for an oil change, next day my oil light came on. I checked the dip stick, and it didn't show anything, so I bought and put in 2 quarts. I took the car back to find out why the oil light was coming on, but the guy couldn't tell me why.

I went to Jiffy Lube today on NW 2nd Ave in Miami Gardens to get an oil change which I was dreading. I thought it would take longer than it did and because it was men I just knew one would try to flirt with me, NEVER HAPPENED. Everyone, the entire staff from the Supervisor the technicians were extremely nice and professional. I will definitely go there again.

June of 2024 I did the oil change here. It was really quick, like 10 min. Today I decided to do it myself and I found that the protective plastic that comes with the new filter was in the filter, it was never removed.

My visit went exceptionally well! The manager and team were amazing, very respectful, and ensured everything was handled perfectly. I have no complaints at all and truly appreciate the great service. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance needs!

Mitchell was amazing! I'm definitely making sure I come to this location from now on. Other locations have made me feel stressed because of all the things I'm told need to be added on. Mitchell was great to talk to while I got my oil change. He was knowledgable and just made my experience happy and relaxed.

Mitchell, was so helpful and he is so sweet and helped me get my service done in a timely matter and as well explained to me what my car needed to keep it good a lot longer. After a rough day really changed my whole mood. I appreciate him and would recommend coming to this so every time you need your car serviced. Thank you so much! Also, he reminded me we can only control what’s in front of us, and to remain calm. Such a good heart. 🥰❤️

Shortly after oil change my oil cover plate from underneath the car was dis attached, obviously it was not put back correctly after oil change! When I came back next day with that problem, I was asked to waist in a regular line plus I was told that nothing to be worried about, it just piece of plastic 😩
