Terrible experience! Charged $1,116.32 for an oil change with unnecessary add-ons and incomplete services. Power steering fluid wasn't added, skid plate wasn't removed, and the engine issues weren't fixed. Overcharged for labor that clearly wasn't performed. They even messed up my floor mat with an excessive amount of oil—see attached picture. Avoid this shop at all costs—dishonest and unprofessional!

The most unprofessional location I’ve ever been too whoever was the manager before is no longer there this place is the worst. I told them my car was overheating and the problem with it and I also wanted an oil change they ran the diagnostic on my car and went ahead and put coolant in it just to tell me actually I need a radiator replaced and my thermostat to fix the problem mind you I already spent $400 dollars just for an oil change and coolant and at 5:30 pm their telling me their mechanic went home when they don’t close until 7 and they had to keep my car overnight to do a pressure test and If you knew you needed to do that why would you make me pay for coolant when the radiator still needed to be replaced and it was going to be a waste of money to put coolant in it. Because I called them out on their BS saying exactly that they said they no longer wanted to fix my car and they wouldn’t refund me for the coolant they knew was a waste of money I’m all for paying for what I need and I didn’t even cuss anyone out so to refuse me service for being called out on being shady is ridiculous but I recommend nobody go to this location unless you wanted to be ripped off and not get your problem fixed corporate was called and I will be getting my refund.

I recently visited Jiffy Lube to check my brakes and ended up being informed that I needed an oil change, a new brake filter, a fuel injector system cleaning, and a full throttle fuel system clean. My service advisor, Kourtney, was amazing—her customer service was top-notch, and she made the experience pleasant enough that I even bought pizzas for the whole crew to show my appreciation. Unfortunately, things took a turn the next day, on Thanksgiving, when my car wouldn’t start. After several failed attempts to get it going, I managed to crank it, but the car started shaking once it was on. Since Jiffy Lube was closed for the holiday, I brought the car back the following day. The store manager told me my coolant was low and suspected a leak, so I left the car with them. Hours later, I was informed I needed a new radiator, which I approved, only to be told they couldn’t complete the job and that I would need to take my car to a Jeep dealership. When I took my car to Jeep, they found no issues with the radiator but charged me $240 for the inspection. To make matters worse, the next day, my car exhibited the same issues as on Thanksgiving. I called Jeep’s service department, and they suggested it might be related to the fuel system. I returned to Jiffy Lube, but after keeping my car for two days, they claimed nothing was wrong and sent me on my way. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I urge everyone to beware of their fuel cleaning services. What started as a simple brake check turned into an expensive and stressful ordeal with no clear resolution. While Kourtney and the team were kind, their fuel system cleaning service seems to have caused serious issues. I highly recommend steering clear of this service. What started as a simple brake check turned into a mess of misdiagnoses, wasted time, and unnecessary expenses. Proceed with caution!

Nixon and Robin are wonderful. This people actually worry about your car. This people tell you the smallest detail they see. And they put the oils and fluids you ask for, no tricks.

The service and the time I waited was very decent. My concern is, I didn’t do any of the recommendations that were recommended and my engine light came on. My question is, was everything put back properly because what they said I needed would not make the engine light come on

Scammed. One of the workers charged us $40 to check the engine codes on our car. He asked for zelle or cash which is already shady, but claimed any other jiffy lube would charge $160 and that his scanner was $200. We googled it most locations do it for free and his scanner was $60 on Amazon. Then he tried to push more services on us. He never gave us his name, but he's the bald one. He didnt listen to a word we said and tried to mainsplain the problem, he saw two young girls and thought he would take advantage.

Efficient polite honest Updated review: Nixon the manager and Alex the mechanic are honest and reliable they go the extra mile for me ever since I started going there 4 years ago, Alex fixed my deffective gasket and charged the labor back to the manufacturer, he called me to ensure the car had no more leaks the next day, that shop is one you can trust they care for their loyal customers, they won't cheat you or invent problems, I highly recommend it.
