I have been coming to this location off and on for over 10 years and I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessionally. I asked the manager Simon a simple request to change the maintenance required indicator from 5000 miles to 4000 miles. He kept interrupting me and cutting me off and said he couldn’t do it. I have been a loyal customer but I will never return.

Came in for an oil change and a tire fill and the whole team provided quick, transparent service for both (plus a host of other bonuses)! Christopher was particularly helpful: he explained everything, waited for me to decide between options, and clearly informed me about their policies. I truly wish I’d have come here before, and will definitely only be going here from now on for my auto service needs!

Jiffy Lube on Baseline between Alma School and Arizona ave is the best Jiffy Lube i have ever gone to. I will keep going because of the professional service and the atmosphere. I always feel welcome there.

They are honest people they check my car and they told me that was not necessary to do maintenance to my car and they didn’t charge me at all that people is very nice. The store is on extension and baseline on Mesa Arizona.

Fantastic work completed by the Jiffy Lube Baseline team. First time coming in and they were so fast with their service. The kind manager came into ask which oil I’d prefer and didn’t try to upsell at all. At the end of it, he clearly explained to me what the charges were and WITHOUT hassle handled my coupon. Definitely coming back here for how easy this was. Very pleasantly surprised and thankful to have found this place! Will be recommending location to friends. Thanks!

I have been going for years. Took too long. Apparently they did something to car now i have an oil and check engine light on. They never showed me my filters. Told me they had a problem underneath, but she made it sound like it was on their end, but would not elaborate. Hopefully i hear back from my survey and issue is resolved. Update- Jiffy Lube immediately reached out regarding my issue. I did take my vehicle back to the service center. The DM met with me took care of my vehicle and all is working well. Thank you Brett for personally taking care of everything and seeing that all was okay with my vehicle.

This was my first visit to this location. I stopped because my dealer was unable to perform services today. I thought I needed to recharge my air conditioner as it began blowing hot air. After diagnosis, turns out I have a much more complicated compressor issue. I was given world class service by the staff and manager onsite. I will definitely be back when I need car maintenance after my experience today. Thank you kindly.
