Employees were great, oil change was great! The waiting area is worn out, floor tile cracked, chairs had tears in the seat covers. Waiting area needs a face lift.

I came here to get an oil change, I left to go do other errands and my car was making a noise. So I stop at the next place and get out and look, the skid plate is hanging off, so I go back to them and tell them they go under the car and then tell me that the skid plate is stripped and that it was missing bolts. If I were to go buy them they would put them on for free. I won’t be going back to this place ever again.

$107 for a basic oil change…. And they didn’t even fill up the wiper fluid! Took an hour with one person in front of me. Staff was pleasant enough but still not worth the money. Won’t be back.

Waited 25 minutes before they even brought my truck in. Then i sat there for almost 2 hours while they changed my oil. Ridiculous. Ill bever go back to this location.

Everyone is always friendly and respectful. The person checking me out said, “Have a nice day.” The person who handed me my keys said, “Have a nice day.” And as I was getting into my car, someone in the garage shouted, “Have a nice day!” I appreciate the positivity and the detail oriented performance. They did a great job of emptying my oil... but they didn't put oil back in... considering that they ONLY change oil, I feel that only doing 50% of the work is unreasonable. But if that wasn't enough, when my vehicle broke down after I left, they didn't answer they phone... at all... so after an hour of calling, I called a taxi service to pick me up... and get this. No one has cared to reimburse my $20 bucks for the taxi, let alone anything about my loss of wages trying to get my vehicle back on the road. đź‘Ž
