If I was able to give zero stars, I would. I called ahead of time and asked if they had the only oil that can be used for my engine and they insured me that they did. Waisted a 40 mile round trip! They did not have the oil and I watched as they only realized that fact when they opened my hood and read the oil cap. The technician then tried to tell me that they didn’t have the engine information before hand. I had called and given them with the year, make, model and engine of the vehicle to make sure they had it. You have lost my business Jiffy Lube.

Estimated 20 to 30 mins and took an hour. Told me my coolant was low but not that they were charging me nearly $10 to fill it. Left my car outside with the door open for at least 10 minutes while RUNNING when the service was done. Oil spots on my cloth seats! They tried to get them out leaving me a wet seat to sit on. Now dry and still there. Probably my last time. Bummer since this place has been my goto since I got this car!

Had a great experience. They guys were great watched them all work on and inspect my car. I like that it is a team effort. Multiple set of eyes under the hood to make sure no one accidentally misses something. Even though something happened to one of the bay doors they still had me in and out fast which was great because I was in the middle of moving. Thanks Dillon 😉and Guys

Great experience at this location every time! Great customer service! Update they have forgotten my next service tag for the window the last two times. Still great service, but I even told them and they said they'd make sure lol. Forgot again guys. See you a few months

Great spot for oil change…knowledgeable technicians…brought my Infiniti Q60…found out oil filter only available from Dealer…still provided synthetic oil change at no charge because could not source oil filter…honest top notch!

I can't thank Brett Purdy and the team at Jiffy Lube enough for their exceptional service! After having my car serviced elsewhere, I noticed white smoke coming from under the hood. Concerned, I returned to the original shop, but the GM refused to even look at it and dismissed my concerns entirely. Thankfully, I brought the car to Jiffy Lube, and Brett went above and beyond to address the issue. He discovered that the oil filter had worked loose, causing oil to drip onto the exhaust manifold. Not only did Brett identify the problem, but he also spent several hours carefully hand-cleaning the affected areas and ensuring everything was in perfect condition before sending me on my way. This level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail is rare. Brett and his team turned what could have been a stressful experience into one of trust and confidence. Jiffy Lube has earned my loyalty, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need.

Very friendly, professional team. Got my car in and out in less than 30 minutes. Oil change plus all fluids topped off, air added to tires to recommended specs. All good! Always take me vehicles to Jiffy Lube at home and wherever I travel.

All of the staff here was so extremely friendly and helpful. I went in for an oil change and they noticed I had some kind of coolant leak. They filled my oil up for free and gave me some insight as to what may be causing the leak. Everyone was really kind, much appreciated!!
