I came here to get an Oil change and the worker told me I still had over 3 thousand kms to go before I needed a change. He said he could take my money, BUT he thought honesty was more important. I will come back and that practise is rare. Thanks

This is the only Jiffy Lube I go to. They are always very helpful and never try and up-sale you on anything. They are also very quick to get the job done.

We I brought my car in for an oil change they informed me that I had until February to get it. I told them thanks for their honesty,but I needed it sooner.

Asked for synthetic blend; they put full synthetic. Did not get the license plate correct even just walking 5 feet to enter it on the screen. All of this makes me wonder if they even put the correct oil as far as 0-20 in or what. Not feeling confident with that service at all. The guy that answered the phone when I called to question my receipt which had the wrong oil and an incorrect license plate had worked on the car and seemed stoned or maybe just slow on the phone but didn’t even know what oil was put in my vehicle. Not going there again! Already had idiots ruin my last car with their lack of attention at another oil change place so where does that leave people? Why are the generations getting dumber and dumber. I’m holding no hope for the future of this planet. Humans seem dumber than rocks these days.
