I’ve had my oil changed here four or five times. One time a couple of weeks afterwards all of the oil was gone out of my car because they did not tighten the oil filter I did and put oil back in myself today. I realize the weather is bad, but they’re here, it says they close at six. I pull in it dings. They know we’re here. We sit here for 1015 minutes. Watch them very lazily squeegee the floor. Then eventually they acknowledge our existence and say oh we closed I said then what are you doing at work? We just got the message from our boss. Do you want to see it? The weather is clear now I showed up at three if you were going to close, why didn’t you when the weather was actually bad I will never ever ever use this location possibly Jiffy Lube ever again, and they are who I’ve used for years now good day

The ENTIRE team, per usual does an amazing - stellar job. Please continue to give them their flowers. A very deserving group of class-A individuals. This is my “go-too”, must “come- too”, maintenance location for an oil change. Thank you all your hard work, especially during almost the coldest day in Memphis, TN.
