I came to this location because my regular service station was 30 minutes past opening time and no one had arrived so when I got to the Graham location, I was greeted by Michael and John who apologized for the other locations inconvenience to me and got straight to work on my vehicle, they both were very attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Mike gave me a 15% off discount for my inconvenience at the other location which I was very grateful for. I will definitely make this my permanent location from now on

In and out in 10 minutes, no hassle. All the techs were very helpful and friendly. I appreciated that they checked my tire pressure for me while I was there, and that they offered to check the cabin air filter.

Update 1/4/2025: still great, professional and courteous service at this location. Update 3/8/2024: went today, had a great experience with John. Super friendly, quick service - it’s why I keep coming to this location l! Great customer service from Christopher! He was super efficient and pleasant, this will be our go to location as long as he’s there!

Couldn’t have received better service not overly quick but efficient, it’s not about the Jiffy,. It’s about the lube. I’m driving upscale car and I upscale service.

The Jiffy Lube at N. Graham and Summer Ave. was clean and well-run. The technicians who serviced my vehicle were polite, efficient, cheerful, and knowledgeable. This was probably my most pleasant Jiffy Lube experience so far… I plan to visit this location again.

The folks here are top notch. John saw me struggling in the parking lot with a flat tire and offered his assistance. I also happened to be in need of an oil change. It's not often that everything works out perfectly, but today was that chance. I am so grateful for the attentive and kind service I got here today. I will definitely return and highly recommend the service here.
