Staff are attentive and do their job quickly and effectively. I’ve been coming to this location for several years and had some not-so-great experiences; however, the service has greatly improved over the past year, both in speed and overall professionalism. Would recommend.

The staff were efficient, kind, and I very much appreciated that they didn’t over sell me any service. I had a clear understanding of what my options were, and why the more expensive option might be good, but without any pressure to choose one over the other. I appreciated that.

Long story short I was told my headlights would be $467/ $476 from other places. THEY SAVED ME $400 AND took care of me like fam Keith and Kia GONE GET YOU RIGHT‼️

I am using a good friends vehicle whom is very sick. I chose this Jiffy Lube because it was very close to me. I pulled up and was directed unto the proper space..... perfect. Go inside. It took 15min to do the oil change. Me..... l'm excited about it all. all is well. Got the bill, paid for it. When I got home and unfolded it to send a pic of it to my friend, I noticed it said; tranny leak, Excessive oil leak! Leak transmission Now, I'm annoyed cause, why didn't they explain this to me so I could address/ know about it immediately? I can ask questions about their report. Now I'm me this is unprofessional to diagnose major problems and not even care to let the customer know what problems they found out. Considering these problems are detrimental to the life of the engine, it just feel like meh.... not our job. Dithered between 3 and 4 stars its 3 1/2stars. But since I cant3do that.... I'm going with 3 stars. Sorry for all the emoyees that day, but you meed to let customers know when they have a life saving problem with there engine. I hope this is a one off cause, I really liked this plac. Other than this, all was good.

As someone who has always had anxiety about car maintenance, I can gladly say that these folks took wonderful care of me and my 425K mile Tahoe. I loved that they had two ladies working there, too! They were so kind and helpful, working as a team. I’ll definitely be back for additional service!
