Jiffy Lube takes way to long for a simple oil change. One car ahead of me and I was there well over a hour. If you're in a hurry avoid Jiffy Lube go to Valvoline... but staff was professional.

Well for my first time at Jiffube I was impressed I am new to California we went to Manchester location spoke with Adrian the assistant manger he helped me out showed me the prices and explained about oil selection I was totally satisfied with the service and help from him I’ll definitely be back

I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Jennifer ! She was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made sure to explain everything clearly and was one of the hardest working employees I’ve ever seen. I could see she takes pride in her work! Jennifer truly went above and beyond to ensure my car received the best care. I left feeling confident and valued as a customer. Highly recommend working with her if you visit this location she's so good

My homie recommended me to this spot and then I got Jennifer who was quick to the chase. She was Very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to being a mechanic. Highly recommended to come by and get your car fixed here. 5 stars ⭐️

My experience with Lance Gomez and the entire staff was extremely excellent outstanding customer service and very knowledgeable and informative to me! The outcome was very good and the price was a blessing! I am leaving knowing exactly what I will have to consider regarding my vehicle! Again THANK YOU TO LANCE GOMEZ AND HIS STAFF!

The employees are rude and disrespectful. They will screw up all of your controls and settings on your vehicle and, refuse to allow you to explain how to operate your own vehicle. They'll rather just, experiment on customers vehicles. I, don't know where jiffy lube found; thier latest crew. They, need some training and customers service skills! VANESS and Manchester Store: gets no stars on that note.

Adrian was such a great a help. This was my first time at this specific Jiffy lube location. He was very atttentive and communicative about my service. I appreciate him being so respectful even though it was my first time. Thank you for this experience.

Came for an oil change on my car later the same day started to have a leakage on my car took my car back they said they don’t know what happened and they will have to to charge me 175 for an diagnostic that was at a different location then the Manchester location I have never had previous problems with my car and it came out of nowhere I haven’t been able to drive unsure what problems they have caused to my car I believe this location intentionally does things to customers vehicles to keep them spending there money I want my car to be fix and a refund for them destroying my vehicle with this unexplained new leak the owner manager or franchise supervisor needs to reach out and Rectify this situation my car was not leaking any fluids before it entered this establishment but believe me when I say nobody taking accountability for my car being left in this condition never go to this location boycott is necessary New management new owners are need but I guess since this location is not in the wealthiest neighborhood they don’t care about their service that is provided mechanics will lie about what they done to your car I will not stop here refund and fix my car back to how it was

Worst experience ever. No communication. Job quoted for an hour. Waited 3.5 hours and still waiting. Poor customer service. Never again. If I could give a negative review...I would.

Never go here! I went because I had a Groupon & my mechanic was busy and this was one of the locations that were on the promotion. They say they offer a lot of things like all fluid top offs and a vacuuming but they didn't do all that. Granted, it was a Sunday and busy so maybe that's why but don't offer something if it's not done or at least ask what I would like to be done. Then I went to pay explicitly saying I have a Groupon and showing him the code & he still charged me for services that I had already paid on Groupon. Luckily I was within the 3 days to get a refund from Groupon but if i wasn't I dont know if I would have gotten a refund from Jiffy lube (probably not). A couple of weeks after the oil change my car started making a weird sound and the oil sensor light lit up. I took it to my mechanic and he said the oil was too thin for my car. I chose and paid for high milage oil and I don't think they even did that. Wouldn't do Jiffy Lube ever again.
