THANK YOU JIFFY LUBE! This week we had a cold snap, which caused multiple sensors for tire pressure in my car to go off. It was too early to do anything about it, so after work I got out my tire pressure guage. It was cold, it didn't work and usually most of the air hoses at the local gas stations are down. Fortunately, I work across the street from Jiffy Lube. I drove over, and all my tires were checked and properly filled. Although I offered to pay, the service was free, and the employees were professional and gracious about the whole situation. I really appreciate the service. I don’t want to sound melodramatic, but that is a potential accident that didn’t happen. No first responders, no insurance companies, medical bills or lost time at work. What a great public service! Thank you for helping me when I really needed it! It's a great place to get wiper blades too! In and out!

We hit something on the interstate and damaged the skid plate on our SUV. As we were driving it was dragging and making a horrible sound. We were passing Jiffy Lube so we stopped to ask if they had some zip ties or something to hold it up until we could get it fixed. It was closing time but the young came out with a smile on his face and asked if he could help us. We explained our problem and he took care of us right away. We SO appreciated this great customer service!!
