Went here to get an oil change on my truck in a pinch. They removed the air filter to check it out. The kid doing so struggled to get the filter cover off. When putting the cover back on I heard screws dropping and him stripping every screw he tried to put back in. I pulled out of the bay and immediately checked the work. 2 of the 4 screws were missing. I showed them right away and the GM was very apologetic. Be aware when going to this location. The kid that was doing the work had no idea what he was doing.

I sent my son here to get his first oil change ever. I've been here before and know they will upsale. I told him very specifically what to request. He came home with a bill for over $100 for an oil change on a 15 year old car. He now has full synthetic oil. Common sense says that's not what you put in an old car driven by a teenager (I expected high milage). I take some responsibility for not going with him and for him not knowing what to say. But they absolutely took advantage of a kid. Also, their website sucks as prices are not available without your license plate number.

They are the best team in town! They will take care of your car very carefully and they even help clean the windows. Highly recommend this place.

The staff is amazing, polite, and very professional. It was great knowing that all fluids were checked and filled. Lights, wipers, just a basic yet very important inspection. And, of course, oil and filter changed. They keep records and advise you of ant general manufacturers' recommendations. This was my service guy, look at that smile, thanks again.

They don’t try to sell you more stuff than you came in for and keeps you updated on price if they need to change anything. The workers were great as well!

Love this place and the guys love my car. No body likes getting oil changes because their expensive and take forever. Here they don't take forever, I'm always in and out in less than 30 minutes and the guys are funny and nice!

They had me sitting there 30 minutes before anyone came and told me what the hold up was. They were walking around doing nothing the entire time before that. Supposed to be in and out instead I spent my lunch break there with no communication. I just left without even getting the service. Get it together.

First off the GM was helpful and resolved the issues after his staff threatened to call the police. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Waited over 20 minutes to get checked in it took them that long to figure it out. Then proceed to sit in bay for another 20 minutes well the staff hung out with their friend chatting. The staff was talking about how other staff mess up peoples vehicles and then making sexual comments about the guy below looking at the other guys balls up his shorts with my child in the car and he’s asking why they are saying this. When getting checked in told them I had a coupon for 34.99$ oil change and they said they’d honor it upon checking out they were not going to honor it and said he couldn’t do that was trying to charge me double that price. I told him I’d pay price agreed upon and got threatened with having the police called. The GM finally showed up in which both guys denied everything and the gm finally agreed upon the price on the coupon. Very unprofessional service and employees(except the gm) find better employees

I always go to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed and for regular maintenance. Their mechanics are always so nice and knowledgeable, I trust them to work on my car and give me good advice. Even when my exhaust burned the mechanic (sorry about that) I was in and out of there in maybe 15 min, and that included a friendly discussion about how hard these guys work. Always impressed!

Today, I had my engined serviced for an oil change by Jiffy Lube and I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer service.
