This is my second time going to this location. Erick was my point person the first time around and Jordan was my point person for this Oil Change. I appreciate the excellent customer service that was received. As a woman, I feel that men will try to oversell you on things that need to be done to your car but neither time this has been the case. The staff are friendly and accommodating and I plan on continuing to use them for all services related to my vehicle. I do want to note that this location is nowhere near my house but when I get great service, all other factors are irrelevant. The location was clean and again staff was very efficient and got me in and out in a timely manner.

I went to the Jiffy Lube on Rainbow and was very impressed. by the quality of care I got. Jayden was polite, friendly, competent, and thorough when doing my rideshare inspection. He clearly explained everything I asked about. I was very impressed with the quality of Jaden's service and highly recommend going to this Jiffy Lube.

SUPREME SERVICE!! I was at this JL location to have my daughter’s BMW serviced. It was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Anastasia and the team there all were so kind, inviting and helpful. They took care of my car at a great price. This location is extremely well run, the staff all are friendly and follow every step to the letter regarding safety as well as mechanically with our car’s care. They had me back on the road much faster than I anticipated. I enthusiastically recommend this location for oil changes and car services in general. Thank you, Anastasia. I appreciate all that you did to deliver a service experience far beyond my expectation. 🤗

Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by Mister David & Mister Tevin. It was my first time at this location and I was grateful to learn what type of oil my new car needed. Their professional response and recommendations felt sincere. They mentioned that Jiffy Lube offers complimentary services like checking all of the fluids before traveling long distances and adding extra precautions for safety measures in the event of traveling. I use my car for out of state trips and will be sure to take advantage of the special features Jiffy Lube offers. They will definitely have my loyalty when needing anything to do with oil changes or fixing my car. 3/28/2024 My latest experience was positive. The staff is as usual, polite, upbeat and professional. Anthony was helpful and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank so much! 11/12/2024 The service and customer support has change since my last few reviews which was all previously 5 star reviews. After today, I will not be coming back to this location anymore.

Great service!! If I can give them 10 stars I would. Erik, Jordon and Ty amazing men. Went in for an oil change and they took such great care of my care and had patience with me since I don’t know anything about cars. Definitely coming here to get my oil changes done from now on.
