They destroyed my Jeep and are not taking responsibility for it. I brought my Jeep to Jiffy Lube in 2024 for a routine maintenance service, but their negligence caused catastrophic damage to my vehicle. They failed to properly secure the coolant reservoir cap, which led to coolant exploding all over the engine compartment as I drove. This was only the beginning of the problems. Motor oil leaked into the coolant system, causing severe contamination and ultimately destroying the radiator. After this, my car began overheating, and smoke poured out of the exhaust. A trusted mechanic confirmed the damage was far worse than I initially realized. The oil contamination caused extensive internal engine damage, including compromised gaskets, warped engine components, and clogged coolant passages. This required not only a full radiator replacement but also significant repairs to the engine itself, including flushing out the contaminated systems and eventually rebuilding critical engine components. In addition to these major mechanical issues, my engine oil was nearly empty just days after Jiffy Lube serviced my vehicle, indicating a possible failure to properly handle the oil change itself. The cascading issues have left me with no choice but to spend thousands of dollars on repairs, which have included replacing the radiator, rebuilding the engine, and addressing ongoing complications caused by Jiffy Lube’s carelessness. Despite their clear negligence, Jiffy Lube has refused to take responsibility. I’ve provided them with detailed documentation, invoices, and evidence of the damage, but they continue to deny any wrongdoing. My Jeep was in perfect condition before this service—no leaks, no overheating, no warning lights—so the timing and nature of these issues leave no doubt that their actions caused this disaster. This has cost me months of stress, significant financial hardship, and left me without a working vehicle for an extended period of time. I am still making car payments on a Jeep I can’t drive, and the repairs are ongoing. Jiffy Lube’s refusal to acknowledge or address their mistake is both unprofessional and deeply frustrating. This experience has been devastating, and I strongly urge others to reconsider using Jiffy Lube for any vehicle service. Went here to get an inspection. A young kid "EMK" asks for the keys, I tell him its a Tesla Y purchased two days ago, new. He asks what's the year? I am bewildered, I tell him that means it is a 2023 vehicle. EMK fills out the form and doesn't indicate any state certification number. Uber won't accept the form. I also noticed he put the mileage as "63,000" then crossed out a zero. Really? No wonder Uber thinks this form is bogus. I told "EMK" (never wrote out his full name) that the vehicle is new, it has only 63 miles! Apparently, EMK doesn't pay attention. I wasted my time and money on an inspection which doesn't appear valid and has errors. I tried calling before they close at 5pm but no answer. I went there arriving at 4:25 pm and everyone left. Sheesh!

DON'T pay cash at this location, or if you do, ask them to print (not email) your receipt and look at BEFORE leaving!!! Unfortunately, I did not look at mine until later in the evening and noticed I was overcharged by $27.00. My receipt said I owed/paid $94.26 but I was told the total was $121.46, which I paid. I mean why in the hell would I have given them $125.00 (?) (and received $3.54 change....NOT $30.74 as indicated on the receipt) if I only owed $94.26?? Difficult to prove now, but someone is pocketing money. Be careful if paying cash and don't fall victim as I did. Truly sad!

If I could give this establishment no stars, I would. I took my vehicle here for an oil change at 8:30 a.m. on a Saturday. I was told it would take an hour and a half to service my vehicle for just an oil change.. they took my contact information and informed me they would call me before starting the service on my vehicle. They never called to inform me that they had started on my vehicle, upon my return to pickup my vehicle I was quoted $137 for an OIL CHANGE. They took it upon themselves to change the oil, put coolant in my vehicle, replace a part, none of which I asked for. So imagine my surprise when I’m told that my oil change is going to be $200. I will never be returning to this location and I suggest you don’t either. They are scamming customers and doing things to your vehicle without your consent and then you’re left footing a bill you weren’t prepared for.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! DO NOT GET BRAKES SERVICED HERE AS IT COULD COST YOU YOUR LIFE!!!! *** PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST **** I recently had a very disappointing experience with Jiffy Lube servicing my brakes. To sum this up into a short story, during our routine oil change they recommended our brakes needed to be serviced. Which we agreed to. Two days ago I had to make a long distant trip to California over 240 miles, before this trip I had not noticed how bad of a brake job Jiffy Lube did as we only use this vehicle to run errands, normally not going more then 5miles radius from our home. With that being said, driving out of town at speeds of 70 mph was a big RED flag of my brake job. My car was shaking violently every time I hit the brakes and caused me twice as long to get to my destination of fear of my brakes going out on me or causing an accident. The next day I had to take my car back to a Jiffy Lube in California where the store manager there told me that the mechanic who worked on my brakes ONLY changed the brake pads and did not resurface the rotos which is why with high speed driving my car would shake when braking. The store manager and myself made a call to the store in Las Vegas that did the brake job and spoke with Neil (store manager), Frank (in California) reviewed my invoice with Neil expressing his concerns on the job done as there was no service charge for my rotors to be resurfaced with the new break pads that were changed, Neil's response is that they do not provide that service there . Frank told Neil they should not be selling brake pads as that is an important part of changing the pads. Frank than asked for his district manager information, which at that point Neil said he was the district manager. Seeing that we were getting nowhere in this conversation Frank took it upon himself to correct what they did wrong, of course with more money coming out of my pocket, Which I was ok with as I knew I would be able to get back home safely. Upon a corrective brake inspection by the mechanic in Whittier, CA, here is what was found. Warped rotors, all 4 calipers have torn dust boots, brakes were over greased and brake fluid needed replacement. None of which was mentioned in Las Vegas when Vincent H. our brake tech inspected our brakes and advised that brakes needed to be serviced. We've been coming to this Jiffy Lube for 2 years now to get our routine oil changes and other routine filters change, NEVER have I ever felt more taken advantage of. Especially my husband who's a disable veteran wanting nothing but to ensure the safety of our daughter who drives this car more than we do. The disrespect from the store manager as he had no remorse to fix something that was done incorrectly in his shop and could have caused serious danger to our family and other people on the road. I am not one to take time to write a review but this one HAD to be done to put out awareness as this store has no idea how to properly service brakes without putting their customers life in danger. PLEASE BE AWARE AND DO NOT PAY FOR BRAKES TO BE CHANGED HERE!!!!!

Ulysses and Jack provided amazing customer service. They were honest enough to tell me I didn't need an oil change and kind enough to offer me free top off. I also received a free coolant top off too! Great service and very much appreciated!

Don’t recommend horrible service, the workers there are always HIGH. Manager isn’t professional extremely rude and dirty. Smells like MARIJUANA when you walk in the lobby. NO ONE THERE is actually QUALIFIED or have some sort of certification to actually work on a CAR.

Came to get an oil change. Waited just outside the bay for someone to come help me or even talk to me. I was there 20 minutes before leaving… nothing worse than being ignored. I bet the quality of service is as bad as the customer service. Do better!

I had my brake pads and rotors replaced here, and it was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. This place is great for not only oil changes but also for handling various car maintenance issues with confidence. I really appreciate Shelbie's kindness and helpfulness. Thank you!

Straight up liars. "Bolts are missing from your oil pan" - no there isn't. "Your brake fluid is low" - no it's not I just had it done elsewhere and why are you doing things I didn't ask for? "You need a new air intake filter" - I just put a new one in myself Never again

Come here... if you want to be taken advantage of. They take advantage of elderly women who don't know any better and refuse to help. Corporate jiffy lube also refuses to help or respond to requests. The manager of this location is terrible and rude. They offered and stated certain services were required when they were not needed at all. They dismiss you and pretend like you're not there and refuse to help. BEWARE of these unethical crooks.

I haven't even walked in to this location and I was already disappointed at the lack of customer service. I called regarding my engine and they said I needed to take it to AutoZone, which I explained that I had already done that and replaced the part mentioned on the report but told him that the light was still on and if they can work on checking the engine and the person I spoke with said “you need to speak with a mechanic” and I replied, “aren’t you guys mechanics? Do you work with engines?” and there was silence and he said “we only do oil changes.” I then replied, “well, thank you” and he just hung up on me. Really rude and probably will never come to this location.

They provide outstanding customer service from beginning to end, they are always knowledgeable and help me to make the best decisions for what I need and what I don’t. They do a good job at this jiffy lube. The employees are friendly and courteous. But when they run down the list of things that they did for your vehicle, when they say the cleaned the windows and vacuumed the floors, and you get in your vehicle and the floor is still dirty and the windows haven't even been touched it just makes you wonder if they are lying about the other services. If you didn't clean the windows or vacuum don't mention that it was completed.

This was my first time using Jiffy Lube. I pulled up and wasn’t sure where to go. That was when a tech saw me and confirmed I was pulling in to the right area. He greeted me immediately and asked what I was there for. SUPER FRIENDLY! After getting information on my vehicle, he opened the door to the building and pointed to where the waiting lobby & restroom was. When my car was being worked on, they called me up to the huge screen that showed recommendations and prices. I appreciate them checking for stuff other than my oil change and smog check. Overall, amazing, polite, and friendly service! Even when I left, the tech had a joke for me before closing my car door. #whatsamatterbaby Added 07/21/24 I went back yesterday on a Saturday to get an oil change and tire rotation. They were super friendly and had great service. I still had about 1500 miles until my next oil change was due but since it had been 7 months, I said to proceed with the change. I appreciate that honesty. Awesome location with awesome honest staff and great service. Thank you Jiffy Lube!
