Josh was fantastic. Some one had vandalized my vehicle letting the air out of the tires and draining fluid that was recently filled. He had me laughing and in a good mood when I left. He didn't know this but I recently had a bad break on my right femur and broke my left ankle. This was the 1st time I had drove alone after 2 mths of being in the hospital. His awesome upbeat personality meant more to me than he knew. I will definitely go back there and recommend Josh and that Jiffy Lube location! -The Blue Subaru-

Josh, Marcus and Armando were the techs who took care of me when I came in. I have been told a couple different locations and I can say hands down these guys take their job serious. They communicated well, and showed a real team environment. Big props to these guys and job well done.

Staff definitely needs some training in customer service, not a very efficient team.Investing in staff development can yield significant returns. The employees that handled my service were very polite and friendly. My oil change was done in no time and they advised me about being able to come in anytime even if I just needed my tires checked.

The customer service at this location was appalling. The cashier, Tevin, was rude, dismissive, condescending, argumentative, and disrespectful throughout the entire experience. He refused to take any accountability for the intial mistake made and proceeded to escalated the situation unnecessarily, storming off and shouting as i was talking with the mechanic. When I asked for his name or the the owners contact info, he became defensive and unhelpful, continuously shouting across the garage. The mechanics were very respectful and helpful and tried to diffuse the situation, but because of this clown's unprofessional behavior, I will not be returning and would advise others to look elsewhere for better service.

Tevlin your attitude sucks !! As a GM as you claim you should know how to talk to customers correctly and politely ! This was Johnny's store and he was always so helpful and nice ! Ask a question about what is wrong with a vehicle than want to get short with an attitude 🤔 No thanks !

Very knowledgeable told her that I’m taking a trip with my kids to Disney World. She made sure and checked all my tires. All the staff is very friendly made sure and checked everything on my car so I could safely go to Disney World with my kids. Enjoy the conversation very highly recommend very knowledgeable Answered all my questions politely been coming here for the last three years highly recommend
