David and Sonny went above and beyond to make sure my experience was seamless and worry free , they didnt have any of my oil in stock and they went and personally grabbed oil to make sure my vehicle was serviced would 100% come back and recommend them !

Luis and James were amazing today! They made me feel at ease with their knowledge and expertise. Phil checked my GMC and gave a detailed explanation on what was going on with it and a plan on how to address the issue. They were all friendly and great at communicating. Not only with myself to keep me informed, but also with each other. Great job team.

Unprofessional team at this location. This was my first and will the last one. I ask for 2 cervices oil change engine and transmission I ask for synthetic oil for both services they said ok. But when they give me the invoice this said they use convencional oil. At the moment when I pay I ask again if they use synthetic oil the guy said yes. I’m not sure if they use the correct oil for my Honda car.

Definitely recommend for an oil change. Quick, professional, knowledgeable , responsive & respectful. Worked together as a team. Really appreciated my experience today . I didn’t feel like waiting at dealership for hours, so this would be my first time here and I was highly impressed.. Will definitely use them for my oil changes moving forward

Please stay away they have an unlicensed mechanics. They also totaled my wives car by setting it on fire while “repairing” the oil filter that they cracked doing an oil change. They are also refusing to even give us there insurance information resulting into onus having to escalate the situation

Service was very quick, and employees were friendly. The lobby was clean and comfortable and so was the restroom. It was a good experience. This is at least the second time I've been to this location. Each time has been a good experience. On this visit, I came for an oil change, but they also offered a tire rotation which I had been meaning to do, so I accepted the offer for the tire rotation also. It saved me from having to go somewhere else to have it done. I appreciate how the employees aren't very pushy with their services. On a previous visit, they mentioned that they could replace the air filter, but they didn't want to push it on me, and didn't try to make it sound alarming to try to get me to buy an air filter from them. I ended up passing on the air filter at the time because I want to replace it myself, but I really appreciated how helpful they were by informing me without feeling like they're trying to upsale stuff I didn't need, but we're just giving me the option if I wanted it. I will likely be returning to this Jiffy lube location.

They don't lube suspensions. The grease gun is broken and they don't tell you they don't lube the suspension of vehicles requiring it. I don't recommend
