Brian did a perfect job recharging my a/c. Shawn took my call and got me in within 1 hour. I was in a tight spot because my dogs were getting hot and these guys understood my concerns and got me in asap. I was out the door in less than 40 minutes with a/c blasting super cold. I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know. Thanx to the whole crew for impeccable service.

Brian G and his crew Jonathan G, and Christian L had me in and out of jiffy lube in less than 30 min. As they were doing my oil change they replaced my headlight as well. They recommended my air filter to be changed and reviewed my last change. They pulled it out and showed me why and they showed me the new one going in. Honest,fast and communication is key and they got it! Been going here for years so Thanks guys!

Took our car in to this location for an oil change. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and service was quick! They recommended a new air filter and showed us the new one they put in. All around great service and they hooked us up with a coupon to knock the price down a bit. Definitely would recommend.

Buyer beware. No customer service. Basically please leave in a nice way. All I wanted was an oil change. And was ignored by 3 employees management came out and said what. In the middle of conversation answers phone and walks away

OMG, What extreme service! Anthony, the team lead was way overly qualified for this service. It was like being treated like I was rich or something. Then they went online and found me a big discount coupon! I've been a loyal fan of jiffy lube ever since I got my first car but the service at this location was especially over the top! If I could give zero stars I would. Went in for an oil change before a trip to LA. Once I arrived in LA, I parked. When I came back out to my truck , there was a puddle of oil under the truck. I checked my oil level and it was very low. I took truck to a mechanic in a LA, he said that I was missing 3 quarts of oil. He did another oil change(new filter, 5 qts of oil), and there is no leak.The back of my truck and the undercarriage are covered in oil. If I had driven any further all of the oil would have leaked out of my engine. This is unacceptable and I WILL NEVER go back to ANY Jiffylube. Please be aware of this if you get your oil changed here! The pictures are of the oil on my tailgate, there shouldn't be oil there

Mike made this visit a phenomenal experience. He was able to quickly assess the situation, and fix all of our concerns-including a problem created by a dealership visit last week. Denise and Brian were also kind and helpful. We are customer for life now:)
