I’ve been in Vegas for 1.5 years, they’ve had 4-5 different managers since I moved here. They’re the closest jiffy to my house, however I will never go to them again. They blew my motor, replaced it and blew it again. If they could get a 0 they would. Nick was nice and sympathetic though. He seems to have a grasp on how bad it is there.

Nick, jay as well as librio was awesome very honest and open help me understand what was wrong with my car. Did a great service. Awesome oil change didn’t take long at all. Great customer service loved it. Here will be returning.

Don the manager and his crew over there were super helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I won't go anywhere else for my oil changes.

Went to get transmission fluid changed, I said it's been slipping a little... The manager said "I'm not touching this vehicle" told me to get it out of there.... Total Pr/#k.... All I wanted was my fluid changed, so it wouldn't slip.... I wouldn't even give one star had I not had to select one to get to comment... 1/11/25@ 7:00am, first one there, no one waiting and this "mgr" doesn't want to give me a service I requested.... Something wrong here!

After attempting to get oil change on Marks/Sunset, no internet, Boulder/Major- 45 minute wait, S Stephanie, short workers turning people away, I found this location. Tropicana next to 15 fwy. Donald, Erick, & Isaac were there to help. Super nice. Efficient. Definitely recommend this location. This is where I’ll be going from now on. Thanks Guys!

Nick and Isaac are great! Wonderful customer service, very informative and quick! With my oil change, they even did a full car inspection. Turns out my Honda needs back brakes. Good news - Jiffy Lube now does car repair too! And Donald, the store manager, is alright too 🤪 He has a great sense of humor!

these guys are amazing. eddie n nick never let me leave my car, and everything was done so fast n efficient, was actually fun watching n listening to their calls as a team. it was a joy to see guys love what they do, n treat guests as guests.
