Anthony, a mechanic at the shop was a gentlemen. Multiple people came to assist me when I arrived. They are genuine down to earth men with some knowledge to help you. I was helped by Anthony S. Charles K. Pablo Z. And others names I don’t know.

While getting oil changed the guy basically said my oil drain plug was bad, he placed it and it would be $5.99. Felt like a scam Didn't ask if i wanted it replaced. He said it as a statement as if it was already done even though I didn't agree to it

jiffy lube have always been my go to until i came the other day for a tire rotation and finding out that they had totally messed my car up. after they worked on my car. i took it for a test drive today only to find out my car NOW has a speed wobble problem when i reach 50mph. i drove back to their place in hopes that they'd FIX the problem. but instead i was told that parts of my car tires is "broken" BUT i was never informed of that the day they worked on my car which was yesterday my car never shaked at any speed so it was a big concern for me.

I waited to get an oil change for 30min, people got there after me and I was told that they were first. When I pointed out that that was not the case I was told I was wrong. I pointed out again that someone else that got there after me got helped out first I was offered to be helped as I was pulling out my car. There’s no system, no one is aware who has been waiting, who was told what. And to tell me I was wrong after I was waiting just not a good experience at all. I left without being helped

Terrible! First, they neglected to change the gasket, so oil leaked all over my driveway. They also only hand tightened the drain plug, which means the plug could’ve dropped out at any time, and I would’ve lost my oil. Never going back here.

This place is outstanding! I came in this morning to get an oil change on my truck and from start to finish was a positive experience. I was in and out within 30 mins! I asked if they could double check my brakes and fluids to make sure nothing was low or needed, and they never made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. They didn't mind checking that for me. The guys here are such gentlemen and so kind! Update: There are some things I missed in this review that needs to be addressed. I drive a 20 year old F-150 and was charged $115 for my oil change. Not just that but I was originally going to be charged $130 but they took 15 bucks off for being a first time customer. Then proceeding to blame the cost of the oil change on the economy. My truck takes maybe 6 to 7 quarts of oil, why would you guys charge such a high price? I was buying my own oil and going to my mechanic to get it done before coming here. I'd get full synthetic oil and total would be about 80 bucks max. Don't think I'll be coming back.

Brent & the team here always get me right. I been coming to this location 4+ years. They make sure to give recommendations for services as needed. Once car in bay it’s usually in & out fast service when just doing & oil change.

Better think twice and check your receipts. You may get charged twice for things, you will never know. And to have to listen to someone rant about the negativity of their job
